I was having trouble figuring out why sometimes I couldn't get good glute activation on these and sometimes I could and this helped perfectly😌🙏
Thanks for the video. Folding the hips before going back and pushing back off the heel were helpful pieces of advice. I’ll try it out for sure. I’ve had knee pain because I believe I’ve been doing these wrong.

Sorry, but for max glute involvement using lunges, far more glute activation occurs by stepping forward and then driving BACK, squeezing the glutes at the top. JMO.
What do you mean by that? Do you mean doing a regular lunge of a platform?

Grab usual dumbells for your lunges. Then, step forward, let's say here, with your LEFT FOOT...... This is where MOST PEOPLE would then leave the left foot forward and make their right foot meet their left foot. DON'T DO THIS IF YOU ARE GOING FOR GLUTE ACTIVATION.
Instead, use your left foot to then DRIVE BACK to meet your back (right foot, in our case here) foot.

@@friedchicken892 No. It's kind of like a "stationary" lunge, only one leg moves at a time. So, step forward with left foot, then step back with left foot, the right foot does not move. You can also step backwards instead of forwards.

He didn’t die for our sins, he died because a group of people didn’t want him being more powerful than them. These people were full of hate just like certain groups of people we are seeing in current times.
@@OldSkool-77 so I'm a person who believes in observable evidence. So at the latest at least by the 3rd century what evidence can you provide some support the claim that you have made. Because as far as I know of all the observable evidence supports my position. And yes that's evidence outside of the bible.
