Pathway Home: Pomona

Homelessness does not have to mean hopelessness. With help from the Homeless Initiative and its partners - including outreach workers, mental health professionals, property developers, case managers, and many more - thousands of people across Los Angeles County have been given a chance to start over, to heal and to thrive.
