After nearly 25 years of living on the streets, including 12 years in Santa Monica, Chris Felts finally has an apartment, thanks to Pathway Home.
His life changed when LA County conducted a Pathway Home encampment operation in Santa Monica on Valentine’s Day, a resolution that brought 25 people off the streets of Santa Monica and into safe interim housing. Chris is among several people who now have permanent housing with supportive services.
