@@boluwatifeesther3270 Hi hun, my interview went really well...however the only reason why I didn't get the role is because one of the other candidates had experience as a medical secretary and I didn't. Unfortunately I don't remember exactly what was asked, but I based my answers on the NHS Trust core values. Such as being respectful, acting with integrity and based my answers on that. As I had worked in health care prior I used examples and based my answers around this, and also showed how I used secretarial skills by helping my managers outside my actual role. For example, taking notes in meetings, keeping information confidential, showing I can be trusted, being a spokesperson for me peers, knowing where to store confidential information, etc. But honestly as long as your friendly, give eye contact, show you have a passion for the field and take your time to respond you will be fine. If you feel nervous or need time to think do so, or take a sip of water before you respond. No matter what happens just enjoy the experience and do not overthink.
