My nan used to work at Frenchay and due to my illnesses I spent much of my time there it was a memorable place and is weird it's not a thing anymore and kinda sad
I spent most of my childhood there being a burns victim It was actually a lovely place the amount of times I was wheeled up an down that long corridor Lots an lots of memories I’m nearly 40 now moved away but still have to have odd surgeries but it’s nothing compared to Frenchays welcoming hospitality I can’t believe it’s gone I’m not a fan of the new one it’s actually similar to the Norfolk and Norwich but all that history that’s now gone that’s such a shame
Miss Frenchay. Was almost like a second home. I will never forget the staff there for as long as I live and its thanks to them that I'm alive today.

Great video!!
I was a student nurse at Frenchay from 1967-9170 and it was a most wonderful time of my life. It is so sad to see it gone.
