I have had all these shades for years and haven't used them very much. I am a novice when it comes to applying eye makeup. VB Beauty did not do a good job with tutorials for this product. This is the first video I found that shows how to apply the lid lustres in a beautiful and easy way. I have searched for many years for a video this good. Thank you very much.
I LOVE that you did this entire video with your fingers and that it doesn't look perfect. I love this look and it's how I do my make up too! Also love your general presenting - entertaining but telling you what you need to know
OMG-I have the Tom Ford brown shade and was looking for a demo on the VB mink shade to see how it would combo with the TF. You did it! And it looks great! So I just ordered the mink shade. Thank you!
I've had onyx and mink on my wishlist for quite a while but I'm going to need a special occasion to let myself spend $100 on 2 eyeshadows 😂 the fact that we have the same initials really clinches it for me. I think it would just be so cool and special to have makeup in this fancy packaging with my initials on it 😁
Great review and thanks for showing us how you like to use the lid lustres with other eye products! I think I'm going to get Mink and her new color-tea rose!
Mink is my favorite shadow re color and gradients, but the fallout! Little dark specs. And a couple of hours later there is glitter all over my face. :(
Ahh, Victoria know's what she's doing! I've been wearing Blonde and Midnight together these past few days, and have been coming around to the versatility of Blonde. It's such a vibe. I wonder if VB will come out with more shades...! Hope you're safe and well and thanks so much for subscribing! Cheers xoxo Diana
Fantastic review, thank you! I have been looking at the lid luster and wondering which is best as they have the honey and tea rose now. So many choices! But glad to know the formula is good and you enjoyed it...
I'm so tempted by Tea Rose, but knowing me I don't wear as many pink colors as I do bronzey, taupey browns. Mink still remains a staple in my collection (I reached for it often this winter!) and I'm glad I have Midnight. I actually decluttered Onyx and Blonde after this review. Thanks so much for watching! xoxo Diana
Hi, thank you I was following you until, at 10:14 to 10:55 you switched to commenting on the texture of Hourglass formulas (which is great but seeing as you were reviewing HG, Tom and Vicky, I would have liked to have known the amount of product in HG and Tom too!) then at 12:11 to 12:37 you switched to back to VB, mentioning the shade 'Onyx' 🤔Then, at 12:50 you introduced Charlotte Tilbury? The reason I came here was on Cult Beauty it told you the amount on HG which I think, was 5.8 grams but double check! I never usually go that but I really am fed up of being ripped off. I recently bought a Bobbi Brown, cream blush cum lipstick on shade 'pink' and it not only was it a total waste of 33 euro, becuuse it was teeny tiny and waxy, cold, sticky and far too pigmented that it made it a hassle to use it! I don't recommended it! So, I thought this time, I'd try to get better value! May I please ask you so, what eye shadow of those 3 do you find the best, in overall terms of value for money, longevity, colour pay off, fallout etc please. I will go by your recommendation then. I just thought, you would be reviewing VB only and if you were reviewing others, that you'd review them all in the one go and on order, like one brand after another. Thank you for your time and you are very pretty, you don't even need any makeup and not to me mean but it is hard to make out your eyeshadow, when you only put it on the lower lid. I find that, my eyeshadow disappears too, when I don't do it above the lid as I have deep set eyes. I was expecting you to review each VB colour in a row and talk about all the qualities, size, price, longevity, fall out, feel on the skin etc. I used to teach when I was a college student & I found that making a lesson plan really helped me to be consistent! I'd have 40 minutes so I'd time each section of the lesson like 1. Introduction/definition of topic - 2 minutes 2. Reasons both positive and negative for topic - 15 mins 4. Open it up to the floor for discussion - 5 mins. 5. Reply to student questions and 6. Conclusion with remainder of time, that way I wasn't jumping all over the place. My tutor taught me that before I took the classes.

SlowGaze do you have any additional VBB products? I’d like to hear your take on the eye bricks, if you have any.
