      Very many steps, very stressful for the skin. I use a BRAUN Series 9 foil shaver every 2 to 4 days. He is very thorough, copes with longer hair and, above all, he is very gentle on the skin.
      After the shave you put it in the charging Station, where it was automatically cleaned and desinfected. It feels like a new shaver, every time you use it. You can use it for the face and the bald. Perfekt, gentle and Clean!

    I preemptively shaved my head in fear that my hairline was thinning out. Leading up to this decision, I felt apprehension. Post-decision, I feel sexier than when I had hair. People seeing you for the first time will never know you shaved your head for the first time. And you will never please anyone: some people think bald men are sexy, some don't; some think men with hair look sexy, some don't. At the end of the day, do it for yourself and damn what everyone thinks. Confidence goes a long way, especially if you exercise, dress well, smell good, and groom yourself.

      A set of balding clippers should be enough to start. It's not really necessary to head after using those...more of a personal preference. If he does want to use a razor, I would start off with the safety razor. It is more difficult to use than a multi blade razor, but he'll be better off learning with it in the end.

    Very many steps, very stressful for the skin. I use a BRAUN Series 9 foil shaver every 2 to 4 days. He is very thorough, copes with longer hair and, above all, he is very gentle on the skin.

    Do you really need the clipper with only a weeks growth? I've watched other guys take down a full beard with just a safety razor, sharp blade, and a really slick, artisan style shave soap.
    I myself have gone a week on my face, just to bring it down with the Muhle R41 by itself, no problem.

      jmr5707 if you have Sensitive skin it could cause irritation not to mention Hairs can get pulled more often that’s why he does it.

    • @BenWilson-rb7nz
      @BenWilson-rb7nz 5 років тому

      You don't have to. It's just a longer process, because you have to clean the blade more often. That can get a bit annoying after a while.

    • @jmr5707
      @jmr5707 5 років тому

      @@Airths1 - Hmm. A great blade like the Polsilver S.I., or one of the sharper Gillette's, wouldn't have much problem with anything you mentioned, though. Both of those blades are super sharp, and smoooth. If you're using an efficient mild to moderate razor, there should'nt be much irratation.... if any, at all. Ben may have a point about cleaning as you go but, I still think a clipper with his length of growth, is a bit redundant.
