i do think it’s super important to mention that not all vitamins are water soluble, including vitamin D. If you take vitamin D when you aren’t deficient (including if you’ve taken it for x amount of time) it can start to do damage. Other vitamins that are water soluble will just pass through urine but Fat soluble won’t. If you can i highly recommend getting blood work done or speaking with a GP before taking fat-soluble vitamins over a prolonged period
I took vitamin daily for years. At some point I was referred to an endocrinologist to r/o a thyroid problem. She discovered that my vitamin d was dangerously elevated and had me stop immediately and be rechecked a few months later. At present, I am taking vitamin D again, 3 or 4 times a week but I don’t take it at all during the summer.
I've lost almost 20 pounds and I'll be sure to use this advice to keep that weight off. Cinnamon is usually the hardest for me to incorporate into my diet being plant based; I've always thought about this actually lol
I use all of these except chili peppers. I will try it Last year I lost 20 pounds by eating healthy foods and running from Couch to 5K. Wow, I feel much better and younger. Thank you for your videos. God bless you richly
I am from Sri lanaka. Except apple cider vinegar in our country other 4 ingredients are included in everyday meals. Almost every meal. Then any Sri Lankan cannot be fat.
“Why isn’t this illegal yet” 😂. That’s exactly how I feel when I find another Starch Solution fav that ticks all the boxes and is absolutely delicious to boot. It’s like HUH?! 🤯 lol
Thank you for your videos. They are very informative. You can tell you do your research. It’s a breath of fresh air from people pretending to be dietitians or whatever they call themselves. 😅
it depends. if you have a lot of muscles and almost no visible fat, I would say it's enough. But if you don't have a lot of muscles I would recommend you doing what maked you happier!

Are your supplements animal tested or are they cruelty free? What is the source for your supplements?
Are you saying to press the tofu, then marinade before the freezer?
No - don't press!
When she said that about apple cider vinegar I was like what did I hear😅 I had no idea about that.
😅😵💫🤯
Is boosting your metabolism the same as raising your pulse?
No
No, you want your pulse to be low - around 60 bpm
"Theres no biscut at the end of the risk it" 😂😂
Cinnamon and acv are high histamine foods do not suitable for those who are histamine intolerant
