Bruh this ain't common in India. It mostly happens in villages where literacy rate is low and also a very rare case. This video gives an impression to people that it's same for everyone in India. Plus, arranged marriage is not a bad thing if you've done more research on it. There are very rare cases of it being forced marriages. But most arranged marriage is overall healthy and last long than love marriages in which most love marriages end up being abusive/toxic relationship and then eventually end up in divorce.
You apparently don't know dynamics of indian society. Don't demonize indian parents by portraying every intercaste or interfaith married couples r chased n killed. There r many parents living hopelessly just just because their only son or daughter has run away for their love as if parents r nothing now that we r grown n don't need them anymore
It is hard being from an interfaith marriage where religion has been reinstated for greater freedom. The level of violence from one’s father towards you is terrible. Seeing these two abusive fathers of two of the girls makes me realise how wrong my father was to split me up from my boyfriend who comes from the same religion as my mother. Moreover, there is a caste difference between my Muslim mother’s and my Muslim boyfriend’s. It was very tough and the consequences have been long lasting.
I feel happy for the first couple, it's obvious they love each other. I'm Christian, living in Canada, my fiance is Muslim. We are getting married this year.
IF you are really a Christian you'd respect God's Word ''Do not be unevenly yoked'' you cannot marry a non believer. Ask him to talk to a good pastor, a solid Christian, many muslims are turning to The Lord Jesus. God said ''the two become one'' you cannot be one with a man who is not saved. Jesus told Nicodemus ''You must be born again to enter heaven''. Jesus doesn't lie, you're marrying someone that you know is going to hell. If you doubt Jesus then you are not a Christian.

Laws in India must be changed and enforced across the board on murder and rape and physical abuse it should never be allowed or tolerated. Love is the best solution and forgiveness. Jesus Loves You All he can give you guidance ❤
Really wish the narrator didn’t sound excited and almost upbeat
Suggestion: Starting part of documentary needs to be more impactful !
i just know one thing these couples kids are going to be the luckiest as they will have full support of their parents when they will fall in love
Love IS a CRIME when it is FORBIDDEN.
These people in the documentary have committed no crimes. Love in this context is not a crime and a forced marriage is not a valid marriage
?
Forced marriage should be a crime
What about abusive and forced marriage?
May the most high protect us 🙏🏽
Unbelievable how ignorant those parents are. Thank God Im British

@@Ab-mc2sh I am the product of an interfaith marriage so my parents would be of two different religions, right?
It's a sin to murder people and it's also a sin to not honour your mother and your father
Like all India in canada
You must be the girl then. Ask yr fiance is reverse possible in his Muslim family and what's that proportion?
@@AmishKumar-lc7zsare you talking about If he retracted from Islam, what the consequences would be?
@@suzannemichelle2619 Nope I'm just informing you that reverse case (Muslim girls and non muslim boy) isn't possible. Check the numbers yrself.
Thus yr love lesson in interfaith marriage is nothing but bs.
Not every indian have this culture
Hmmm which one is different....the all d same in baraaat
@@Sthmohtwentyit mostly happens in villages
Yeah and it's very rare right now. These people make it seem like this case is with everyone in India.
No but it's shameful that these nonsense still exists in 21st century. Govt should be careful to prevent all such malpractices.
POOR SAPNA..I FEAR THAT SHE DIDN'T MAKE A GOOD CHOICE WITH THAT GUY BESIDE HER. I DON'T THINK HE HAS THE GUTS TO STAND AGAINST HIS FAMILY.. HE LOOKS SCARED.. PERHAPS HE IS A MAMA'S BOY.
You don't need to convert religion. There is something called Special Marriage Act. First research then comment 😐😶
I am glad to be an American because
We don't live their
Way so wrong
Many Hindu boys were killed by Muslims for having girl friend
Just search on Google about Rahul rajpoot
I was raised as a Christian ( no longer practicing ) and admittedly don't know a whole lot about religions around the world BUT I'm pretty sure that whatever religion one is , they ALL start with the idea of LOVING YOUR FELLOW MAN . Somehow , this way of thinking has gotten pushed aside and instead replaced with hatred , intolerance and judgement . Where is the love people ?
Don't let extremists push you away from Islam, you have been blessed by the truth so only care about your relationship with Allah not what anyone does or say. Allah is the most merciful, Mercy and tolerance is soooo important in Islam but something that is overlooked now by a lot of muslim@@OutoftheEchoChamber
I think you know only your religion. right?
Dude...some religious books has hate preaches/ speeches

The stupid caste system needs to abolished.
They say they are religious people but only god can grant us life and god can decide when it’s time for us to go, eventually they will be punished if not in this life but the other, there’s no honour that’s murder
Karthiks family seems So nice and very modern in there Thinking. All the love to this lovely family

Also i wish Sapna and mazer all the happiness in the world and hope Mazer does not leave Sapna after everything she has been through. Peace
I agree sad and crazy , , they need to get with the times!!
These kind of things are mostly happens in south asian countries 😢
At 28.52mn, when he says ''in India we wannt go anywhere without being married" how does this apply to the day to day life ? Do you have to prove your status to a random policeman in the streets for example ? Would people in restaurants ask for a proof of you being married?
Thanks for your answer
No policeman and restaurants will ask that but couples fear that anyone known to their family or relatives or neighbours can see them and tell their families about it, and then the problem starts
@@realiteapals6796 ok thank you so much for your answer, the peer pressure is crazy !
Honestly, I wouldn’t have a problem with honor killings if they actually did it properly and killed the correct person, and not the victim.
Education is the answer but how many generations will it take? Who knows!
Why brown indian girls are so gorgeous??!!!
This is reflection of Indian democracy and BJP Hindu fanaticism.

No one has the right to take another persons life , disgusting behaviour especially from the people that are supposed to love and protect you ! Why do they think you’re not capable of making your own decisions, do they think you weren’t raised to be able to think for yourself. They need some serious help in their thought process , how do you kill your own children . They also need to learn in other countries we have proper sanitation no terrible diseases from dedicating outside and the filth running into our streams and waterways !!
What if any of the parents watches this vid they might get in trouble since it's only 6months this vid
God never meant for a marriage to be forced upon anyone. He answers prayer and gives a person the spouse He sees fit!
I come from a family who all of us asked God for the spouse and HE literally guided us to each other even from a far away city ! Thank You Jesus Christ we have a good life!!!
I pray for these couples. be strong and move forward with each other, bring a positive change to India!
Omg I feel for these people why can't they just be left alone as !ing as they are happy the parents should be happy for them religion should not matter as there's only one God
Makes me sick
Honour? Nope Pure EVIL
PLLLLLLLLEASE STOP CALLING THESE EVIL PEOPLE PARENTS.THEY ARE JUST 😈
This is very old clip this must be in 2010 or something
Honour is literally peer pressure and what other ppl think about u
The only reason it becomes important is the family can lose work and other opportunities
If ppl would stop giving consequences to families that have been dishonoured then there would be no logical reason to give a shit about what ur neighbours think
In a big city it’s easier to blend in
But in a village or small town everyone knows ur business so it’s harder to hide shit
God bless yall
No religion justifies or encourages discrimination, this is what happens when we value culture over whatever God we claim to believe in and start cherry picking religion to make it fit personal preferences
my father was like this! I fought bk!
I have seen marriages where the couple are of the same.caste race and religion and thay do not work out
Sociaty shouldnt tell someone how to live.. Its no ones business ...
16:00 That sign on the far left 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What do you think is wrong with that sign ??
There is no sin in the hearts of ANY 2 people in love. We have no control over who our heart lloves. There is sin in the lust of mens loins as in rape, child molesting, child sex trafficking, girl genital mutilations, pornography etc etc There is no heart in any of these for the female in a mans world.
New sun new day,gods gift.😊
This is sad and cruel
Tough life, avoid such love tangles.
Honor and.shame are 2 sides of the same coin
