Great tutorial! Two things that are really frustrating me and hope you can clarify: 1) Photos on 13 Pro aren’t much better than my iPhone 6 (dingy color, darker and flat looking) but videos are bright, light and sharp. Especially shows outside. Apple Store guys said that’s because video is Dolby and camera isn’t but I see pictures that everybody else takes with their iPhone and they look great. Do I possibly have a lemon of a phone? 2) Is there a hack on videos where we can switch between the selfie camera and the back camera? I could swear in my research that we were supposed to be able to do some thing where it shows our screen or our face narrating like a reporter or showing reaction at the same time it shows what the camera sees, or at least show us and then flip to camera view. Many thanks!
With shooting the moon and trying to capture all of the details it’s best to use an actual DSLR/Mirrorless camera with a telephoto lens because an iPhone camera doesn’t have the ability to capture quality photos of the moon with craters showing
Great video! You had some good tips in there. Just fyi you can pull down the camera options by just sliding up and down on the screen you don't have to click the yellow arrow. Swipe in the direction the arrow is pointing. It's way easier
If we look at the video, you can’t change lens from UW to 3x when recording on 4K 60fps but is there any possible video resolution to do it ?Ex for 4K 30fps or 1080P 60fps

Please if you can explain how to make the sun not to bright coming through windows, that would really help me.

I took pictures alongside my daughter-in-law last night of my grandchildren, and her pictures with a 12 were far superior to mine. I may try the raw setting to see if that is better. Thanks that’s been very helpful. I was wondering if it’s possible to take a good picture of the moon with all its detail if I use a tri pod
Awesome
If we look at the video, you can’t change lens from UW to 3x when recording on 4K 60fps but is there any possible video resolution to do it ?Ex for 4K 30fps or 1080P 60fps
I don’t know what I’m doing 90% of the time. But my biggest issue is filming my houses with the sun coming in the window. It’s like I either have this super bright window or you can see the outside and everything else is dark. I don’t know why it can’t record how the eyes see it. Please if you can explain how to make the sun not to bright coming through windows, that would really help me.
how do i activate the feature that tells you the name of the plant ( rose,, daisy ect) or type of pet ( cat or dog )? isn't it supposed to show up after you take a photo in the photo infomation ?
Hit the little icon with the stars in your edit photo Screen
@@tarahudson2105 thank you, this feature is only for United States i had to change my Region from Australia too the United States to make this work. but if i want to buy things from itunes store i have to switch it back thats all. thanks heaps tara :)
I left the 12 Pro Max for Pixel 6 Pro last year. Great Camera but buggy phone since May my 6 Pro. So I'm waiting for the 14 Pro Max now to drop, I think with its 48mp Camera this year, it'll be a great improvement. Can't wait now, cheers for this! 😊🇬🇧👌🏻
QUESTION: For shooting movies on this, does it automatically set to the correct shutter speed even if I'm recording on 24fps to achieve the film look?
I just got mine
Great a good
Can tell me please 😢😢 how to make selfie blur like so many people in instagram ??? How can their video and photo look so beautiful with blur skin😢😢
how to choose picture resolution?
I noticed the 16:9 ratio is 9M. Is there a way to get it to do 12M in 16:9 as it does in 4:3?
No because the sensor is exactly the size of 4:3 ... so if you use 16:9 it only uses a crop of this 4:3
Awesome video with lots great information, and I love Anker. I have a white Anker charger like the one shown in your video. It really does charge my iPhone 13 pro fast!
I got the iPhone 13 pro max in white 128gb and did an unboxing video on my channel. I also did a Spigen clear glitter case unboxing and try on, this is a great case if anyone is wanting a clear but slimming case for the 13 pro max. i love this phone.
Nice job! Thank you for producing this very useful video. I a an enthusiast level photographer and I’m amazed at the number of features and controls, including RAW . Unbelievable!
Ok. I wasn’t expecting to learn much. WRONG! 😮
From XS Max to this, I should’ve stayed with the XS. Don’t like the camera. Just like everyone says the selfies look bad, even on FaceTime it look like **** man just for that I would return but love that the battery lasts all day, while the Xs doesn’t 😐
there’s no pause and resume in iphone seriously?? new iphone user here
Excellent video..thank you. I have to say I’ve been very disappointed in my 13 Pro Max camera. I took pictures alongside my daughter-in-law last night of my grandchildren, and her pictures with a 12 were far superior to mine. I may try the raw setting to see if that is better. And hopefully by studying this video I can learn some things to make it better. I do know that on the new 15 iPhone they have gone back to only two lenses. My understanding is it has something to do with the three lensestrying to get the best resolution or something.
When i switch from 1x to 3x on my iPhone 13 pro max it lags a bit and images feel bright
