Yeah, I just made the same upgrade and the jump in quality is incredible. The 7's camera wasn't awful, but it didn't have the kind of quality that encouraged you to really play around with it. It just sort of...took maybe-okay pictures [in ideal light] that were a sidegrade from my old Galaxy S4. My 13 though is blowing me away with the picture quality,, and I want to figure out how to use the camera best as possible. It feels like we're finally reaching a spot where a phone camera will genuinely produce excellent pictures for anyone who isn't a professional photographer, or a hardcore hobbyist that regularly prints out their pics and is already willing to shell out for a dedicated camera.
I tuned in here to find out about using a F button shown in portrait mode on my iphone 13, it goes amber or white when pressing it but I cannot see a difference - what is it for or how do I use it please?
I want to learn how to use the 13 to take video and images of the moon at night... Right now the moon is huge but the camera makes it look so tiny... any help?
i ''upgraded ''from samsung S8 to iphone 13 last year . i deeply regret it still . anyways thanks for the video... i hoped i missed something, or did something wrong using the camera , but thats how it is ....obviously... funny thing is i use my wife's a05s for photos .... thats a 100$ phone 📱 making better photos than a 700$ iPhone. i fell into the trap...
7:57 Okay Mister I’m going to show you how to master your camera app on your iPhone but I don’t know the SIMPLE (learned on day 1 type of shit) difference between memory and storage on a computer. Memory is RAM; Random Access Memory and has nothing to do with the storage space taken up by large files like 4K HDR video either locally stored on your device or on iCloud Photos. When you go into your settings, do you see a section that says "iPhone Memory?" No. It says iPhone Storage! You’re not the person to be making videos like this, hence why your video here is for anyone too dumb to figure any of these things out on their own. You literally just sound like you’re reading a script of an instruction booklet. Literally everything you covered is absolutely self explanatory and hence does not require (you) to explain them. Nothing here couldn’t be easily discovered and tested. Anyone who learned something from this without a doubt never even attempted to explore their camera app on their own or perhaps they lacked the curiosity to begin with and are now just happy they stumbled upon this video that reminded them to think and figure things out on their own sometimes.
An incredible amount of bells whistles and gingerbread that 99.99% of people will never use. Feature creep. I think anyone who will use more than 1 or 2 features will get a real camera.
When I tell you I went from a 7 to a 13 and I never knew anything about how to take pictures😮💨 thank you !
i just got the 13 yesterday i went from a 6s to a 13

I have the iPhone 13 pro max in silver 128gb and uploaded an unboxing video on my channel. Great phone!
You never explained what camera burst is.
Rapid stills in succession. Especially handy with a scene that changes slowly, among other things.

Why do you sound like Chris Griffin
What type of breed is Ricky?
Golden doodle?
He's a golden doodle!
