You can use any detergent you want and add an ounce of clear ammonia per load (if your washing machine is about 2 loads, then 2 ounces of ammonia). It's a cheap laundry booster and releases the perfumes in detergent really well and softens the fabric too.
I don’t think you are saving money buying named brands. The purpose of a laundry recipe is to buy different cheaper products to create a stronger concentrated laundry soap. I think all you are doing is buying lots of expensive already made laundry powders and mixing them. But hey to each their own. 😊
I do this, but i mix less of the more expensive detergent ( tide oxi / German persil) and more of the less expensive detergent ( Ariel). I don’t add soap flakes at all, and bulk additions come from washing soda and borax ( and dollar tree version of oxiclean). I do stain treatment before the wash so the wash isn’t responsible for stain removal. No scent beads. That’s just unnecessary. Even the more expensive detergents I got, I did cost analysis. Eg I got German made persil($46) but it’s 4.6 kg and if i use 1/2 tbsp per load( that’s 7.5 g), it’ll be 600 loads. We also do laundry twice a week so i don’t do unnecessary loads of laundry. It’s not really saying money, as much as stretching your expensive detergent ( or boosting it) considerably. Even when i used just one detergent, I never used more than 2 tbsp, so our one bag of ariel lasted about a year.
Technically, the way I use it, I bought expensive german persil and i stretch it out by using ariel ( considerably cheaper), washing soda and borax. That means that instead of it lasting me 1 year, it’ll last me 2. In our case, we didn’t waste anything on scent boasters or soap. Only use 2 tbsp anyway. Stain treatment is done prior to washing and so far it’s taken out all the pretreated stains that i did have.
Queen you didn't get the assignment but to each his own, I'm going to do this myself and Best Results to All that's aleast trying. Blessings to Everyone ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing. DID YOU LIKE THE RESULTS ? Was it good and clean? I know that all of them together potentiate the strength to clean whites without Clorox. The Mexican soaps are very good, as many persons wash by hand, as when I grew up, and the soap cleans better to help taking out dirt out of every type of work clothes; from office to mechanics. I hope you tell us the outcome. By the way, I loved to see the whole family cooperating!
Skip all the detergent but foca, it works, it's cheap, and it smells good. Just mixing all that up isn't saving you a dime

Thx for the video and for keeping it real. The best part is letting your son see y'all come back together. Hopefully, the arguments are rare. ❤
I am not understanding the ‘hack’ how is mixing a bunch of soaps together money saving? I honestly don’t get it.

Put the lid on and shake it
sounds like he has watched wayyyyyy more videos than you 🤣
How you saving money when you spending money on all them DIFFERENT soaps? Lol
Since I bought those different soaps ten months ago I have not bought detergent and I have at least one more year left
They don’t know, just following. Doing this can mess up skin
@Butterfly1798 not just their skin but their washer also
The ONLY thing this does is save trios to the store.
I did it and I just put gloves on and mix it lol
-Completely missed out on the Zote!
Never use site! It will ruin your machine and clothes. The animal fat will totally clog your washer. Zote = FAIL
The arguing absolutely not! Not hopeful, very bad video
Use no more than 1/4 of a cup !!! It'll last.
How I like to show off when all I said was thank you for my $5
Cause you know I was recording
😂😂you got any proof?
Its works i only spend 40 dollars
I will try this 🤗
I’m going to try this,
