At 00:31 you can see a then 44-year old Betty White , wife of 'Password's host, Allen Ludden, sitting in the audience, front row, bottom left!
I didn't see her, but thought I saw her mother...

you can tell a couple of seconds before the winning clue is guessed by listening closely. The tape has been re-used so many times that there's some bleedthrough.

The female player was clue-LESS 🤥 on that word. Clues should have been: Should have said: Spaghetti, Taco, Tartar, Worcester, Steak.

Amanda Blake was 37 here but looks 47. She was mature-looking.
not just her though, very, very rare to find a picture of someone from at least 50 or 60 years ago that does not look considerably older
I think it’s the conservative makeup, hairstyle, and clothes back then. But Amanda looked very elegant and stylish.
I think it may, in part, be because today we tend to associate those hairstyles with older people.

He was not a good player at all. His non-answers and bad attitude toward players cost several contestants $$.
Paul Anka and some others were courteous to the contestants. Bolger spent most of his time starring at the camera or A.L...
Wonder which cast member on the wizard of oz got Judy Garland hooked on speed/pep pills/amphetamines/ during the filming of the movie....how about it, mr bolger?
Thanks to her mother (who started Judy on pills at a young age) and the studio executives (who insisted Judy slim down for the movie), Judy was hooked long before filming began.
I doubt that Ray Bolger was on Pep Pills. He often blanked out and said nothing. What a doofus. The contestants are trying to win money and he sits there and counts down until the time is gone. Small wonder he was Scarecrow.
