I hate to attribute race to all topics like the leftist lunatics, but the truth is that its difficult for Hollywood to advertise or promote Asian-American as gritty masculine man who is articulated and also intelligent like Kim (there's also not that many Asian actor that can embody this role lol). Traditionally, at least in the Western hemisphere, strong Asian men are see as emotional less who only knows how to fight and there's not much depth to their character, or alternative nerdy and physically harmless men who only excel in scientific related endeavors. But Jonny certainly embodies the Hero archetype and I believe one day a movie will be made for him
Could be because this guy may still be achieving things such as possibly becoming a mission commander.

Jonny doesnt sell himself in books and social media like other Seals do. To be honest, I actually appreciate this about him. He was only brought into the sphere of online attention when Jocko called him out on his pod cast.
In this day and age where just about everyone needs to tout themselves like some kind of social influencer, I feel better knowing that someone like Jonny is out there doing good in the world without needing to sell his image for attention or money. He is a good egg. Let him remain one.
We lack a leadership in this country but I don’t want him in politics bc he is a good person with a heart, they will destroy him.
To me, he exemplifies what a great leader and overall human being should be or strive to be, and I would love to see him as president. It really hurts that it will probably never happen. It's fucked up that based on recent history if he ran this next election even as a republican, most republicans would still vote for a dishonorable man that shows not even an once of courage, strength, intelligence, humility and dedication and service before self rather than voting for Dr. Kim, despite his service to the country for all to obvious reasons.

What a great would it'd be if most people were like him.
Humble, methodical, diligent, driven.
But I'm not sure if he'll never be president. I don't know, I just have a nagging feeling this guy might go for it.

I almost want this guy to run for president but the presidential position is such a bullshit position that it would be better for mankind if he just kept doing what he's doing.

True, but the message of his story is
1.) don’t give up on you or your dreams/goals
2.) surround yourself w good like minded people
3.) there IS such thing of Healthy-Amount of confidence & (unfortunately) with that, there IS such thing of Unhealthy Amount of confidence.
4.) pick & choose life choices wisely
5.) give back to society when / if you can!
