Whenever you're making something with pasta, it also helps to save a little bit of the pasta water to add when adding everything else because it helps the "sauce" stick to the pasta because of the starch :)

Started out as two young adults trying to make it in the entertainment industry, now 13 years later they've made it. Started watching you as a young little fucker just discovering that stroking it feels good, now I'm a young adult watching my mentors, father's, uncles, aunts, mom's grow old (tell Taika to pluck your white hairs) but still killing the game trooping through this shit year and coming out with a movie. To this day you guys are still teaching me life lessons, tips and giving me advice on how to be a real adult. Bart, Geo, Joe, David, Casey, Gina, you guys have made me who I am today during my for lack of terms "shitty" life; words cannot describe what you guys have done for me or describe how thankful I am and I will continue to support JK through your journey's . Together or apart JK is and will always be my non biological family. Mudda sank yous so much 🙏

U add salt because it will add a salty flavor to the water which is boiling the pasta so u flavor the pasta
I could be wrong on this part but I think it raises the boiling point so the water can get hotter before it evaporates so u can boil the pasta faster (I think) and the added heat makes it easier to cook the pasta al dente

I googled to see if this dish already had a name and found it’s called Butter Shoyu Pasta only differences between them is that in the other recipe it called for both soy sauce and butter and they used parsley instead of basil along with not even mentioning lemon juice
But all the key ingredients are the same so it can be said that it’s the same dish with slight variations, so I can’t wait to get a hold of my own shiitake mushroom kit to try this out 🤩

Pasta looks bomb. FYI, your dish is totally vegan. Swapping soy sauce for Braggs is for gluten free people, but butter is definitely the way to go. And adding salt is to flavor the pasta. Some people say it is to increase the boiling point, but it's mostly for seasoning.
