❤ Love your realness and laughter. In regards to 9/11, my mom and grandmother share a birthday which is 9/11, then my mom was flying back from Hawaii from attending my wedding on 9/11 and was the last plane to land that day before flights were grounded and then my grandmother passed away 5 years ago on 9/8 and she was buried on 9/11. Needless to say 9/11 for several reasons is not a good day for my mom. I will never forget that day and the panic of the world 😢

Watch Jeff every day on DBL but I’m so happy you guys did this podcast. I’m here in Florida not crazy over I only watch because Jeff is the only person I watch on that show adore you guys have seen you guys since you first met and I am going to be a lifetime follower. I would love you guys to bring your two boys on Sunday and tell Jeff leave me alone about that damn rug and put outside. I was there on September 11 in Jersey City New Jersey not in Manhattan and I lived it. I was feeling away from it and I remembered minute by minute so thank you for your dedication to our country. HI! Love the podcast! Just started watching so I have been binging the episodes while I work from home. About the IUD...supposedly they are good for 7 years now. I went to go get a new one and was told they last longer now. HOWEVER...we had a little oops when I was 39 (before the IUD), so definitely make Jeff go to snipped! My husband said it's not as bad as they think it is. They just sit around for the weekend with frozen peas on their area...ha! We lived in Monument for 13 years and just recently moved back to TN. We really miss the area!

I have a fellow coworker that has lost over 100 lbs on mounjaro it's equal to semaglutide. She looks like a total different person. She just had a tummy tuck. She said she's never getting off of the shot, she's afraid of gaining the WT back. I just don't know how safe that is. But she's an RN so she probably has weighed the good and bad.
