@@carriehaun9415 I measure out my servings and put them in freezer quart bags. Then just thaw in sm sauce pan (I add extra cheese and if I have a good avocado, I cube up half and heat it with the soup

I took a keto break over the summer (fridge died and I’m moving in December to a place that has one a it’s HARD to do keto with no fridge. I have a freezer tho) Anyway, went back on last weekend. Ate your recipes all week. Eleven pounds down but even better I feel so much better. Except for my butt. I’ve been kicking it for leaving my new Keto Soups and Stews Cookbook in my office.

Looks delicious. For ease of ingredients, could you substitute diced green chillies instead of pablanos? I have a new found love of diced chillies. Also love your kitchen. Just redid mine in a little darker blue with white quartz with mirror fleck tops and same backsplash and same grout color. Thanks for recipe

I add fresh baby spinach and carrots to this, along with a splash of lime juice. I also kick up the heat with roasted Jalapenos or raw Serranoes . Yum
