I have lived in Gilbert 28 years , I love it here ! I live in NW Gilbert and have seen a lot of positive changes ❤️I raised 2 boys , great Gilbert public schools and many sports that they participated in . And one son Graduated from ASU Tempe. One son graduated from NWOSU. We have everything we need in this big town with small town feel ! This is Home 😊
Perfect place as long as you side with their belief systems. Digital Government has its eye on you and your social media. Such a nice place to serf... serve... live! Yeah, live! heh... (gulp) Blaze News put out an article. Not a friendly place to be if you value independence from overlords.
Hi I’m Charlie I needed opinions I’m debating to moving out there I deliver for smart and final out there it’s rare when I get that route but my first time seen Gilbert so amazingly beautiful I’m a truck driver from Whittier Ca the houses are expensive out here I would like your opinion please 🙏 thank you for reading 🙂
Outstanding video about Gilbert! As a Morrison Ranch resident and Realtor I can say this video highlights many of the things why all of us love living here. The growth of Gilbert has been rapid but has also brought us much more traffic and developments that we don't like (too many apartments!) Still, the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. Our town is the epitome of LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Keep these great videos coming!
I love living in Gilbert. It'll be one year in March. Love all the places you showed here. Plus, people are friendly here. And it's so green and beautiful.
Joe’s Farm Grill is actually the name of the main restaurant at the Epic area. It is adjacent to Agritopia, a walkable housing development. Not only does Joe’s Farm Grill have a large garden, but there is a section that is a community garden for Agritopia residents. Joe Johnson, whose family lived at their farm at this location, and owns and has developed this property, including Agritopia, is a big developer in Gilbert. He also owns Liberty Market and Joe’s BBQ in downtown Gilbert.
I lived in Gilbert and Mesa for 7years. We moved from there in 2001 and are now in Pennsylvania. I loved it out there. Thanks for showing these places.
We live in the Val Vista Lake Community for 25 years now and love it. During the foreclosure crisis in 2008, we bought several houses in Gilbert dirt cheap as an investment. We rented out ever since. Best investment we ever did.
Been watching your channel for over three years. We finally moved her last October and LOVE ITT!!! our family lives in Gilbert and it’s sooo damn great
I've lived here for 9 years and love it. The summers really aren't a big deal, you get used to it. The Gilbert Police Dept. is outstanding, they're pivotal in the quality of life here.
Pretty spot on. Also a mention to the Gilbert Regional Park which is just on stage one of what will be the largest city park in the Valley. I hope Gilbert is still popular as we will be selling and moving in the next few months from SE Gilbert. Crazy how busy and overcrowded everything has become. To see the explosive growth all the way out in San Tan Valley is crazy after what we felt was on the outskirts of everything!
grew up here since 1981 and in 1986 ther was just over 8600 people living here and it's been growing nonstop ever since.. heck gilbert /elliot rd and guadlupe/elliot rd was pretty much the southeast end of the valley now its just the northwest start of gilbert.. I miss those days of the small town feel and how everyone pretty much knew and helped each other out like small towns do but life happens
Man I live in Mesa and been looking at Gilbert for a couple years. Waiting for the housing market to come dow a bit we all know it will. I’m not trying to pay 400k for a 2 bedroom
The housing is ridiculous in Mesa & tbh none of them are worth it the city is so boring not much to do but neither is Gilbert just a bunch of homes mainly. They're about the same really.
Nice video but is also needed to say that there have been constructed many apartments buildings recently, there are many being built right now and more projects to come. New houses don't have garden space so Gilbert is getting crowded every day and you can see it in the traffic were there wasn't before. Even they built apartments inside the San Tan Mall parking lot, insane.
Yeah, a terrible thing to provide people with housing. It's their fault they can't afford or don't want to buy oversized homes sprawled out in the suburbs where walking is frowned upon.
Hey man, I follow you since before the pandemic. I remember when you went live on yt and the chat was not really aware of what was happening. I'm in Rome, so I've warned you about the severity of the virus. Listen, I would love to move to Arizona. I know that hot summers are difficult to handle, but I really love Gilbert and Arizona in general. I'm watching videos about Prescott, but I think maybe is too small and comparing it to Gilbert without entertaining... just the mild weather is the pro. I don't know.. What you suggest? Any other places like gilbert? I trust you, you've been here in Rome so you know what I'm looking for ... peaceful, beautiful and fun. (I'm 31)
Lived in Gilbert for over 20 years moved to Florence and then to Northeast Tennessee I really do appreciate the fresh air and mountains. Arizona's getting over populated really fast and the smog is just unbearable and it does play a role in your health.
Hi Jeff- love the vids. Question: Are there any neighborhoods in Gilbert where you can see the mountains? Thinking about moving to the area, and I love that mountain view.
Brady-I live in Morrison Ranch and we have good views of the Superstition Mountains and on most days, Four Peaks. If you want some pictures let me know and I'll send them your way.
Is it “Barn One” or “Bar None?” When something is “bar none” it means it’s the best of it’s kind, so I am thinking that’s where the words should be separated.
I must be one of the unlucky ones. Unfortunately we have major drug addicts living next to us in Morrison Ranch. They smoke pot and other stuff 24x7 and even their kid does it with them. They purchased during a market dip about 5 years ago and we've endured it for years hoping they'd stop or move. Its hopeless with the legalization laws and we can't take it anymore, so we're selling soon and relocating. It was wonderful otherwise before they showed up.
Yes it beautiful here we have beautiful weather like 8 month than like hotter then hell for the next 4 months of summer and your electric bill goes up to 300. to 600.00 a month depending the square footage of your home and quess what? they keep closing down shutting down the groceries stores and every one is heading to walmart and costco, and than its a zoo. street are very over crowded and rude people on the road, just telling the truth.
my daughter lives there after moving there when she was around 12 with her mom and stepdad and after helping her with money for ASU just b4 she graduated she told me she hates me and never talk to her again that was over 20 years ago, but i guess i cant really expect alot from a crazy gay demcrap, so i sold my gold bars and silver bars and home just so she or her mom would get nothing

Well I’m glad they have lots of apartments. Gotta start somewhere.

Another great video exploring AZ 🎉
The best voice ever
I feel excited when watching your stunning and breathtaking videos bless you 💖
Love SE Gilbert!
Thankyou for this video ! I’m proud to say I live here 😊
You’re rolling around my old neck of the woods.
Love your videos. Retired boomer in NY looking to relocate to Az.
That’s fine but please please please please leave New York politics in New York. We don’t want that here.
@@dikhurtz2406 Kate Hobbs is the governor . Sounds like New York and California politics to me.

You should also do a video on the downtown Chandler area. We actually prefer to be over there than DTG. 😊
Dang, that is something I wouldn't have expected to hear! What makes you attracted to downtown Chandler over downtown Gilbert?
Downtown Chandler is old and not a lot of good places to eat. Downtown Gilbert is so much better and more restaurants are popping up.
@@loannealford1113 My thoughts exactly. I haven't been to downtown Chandler in about a year, but last time I was there it was still pretty ghetto.
Bingo. Downtown Chandler over Downtown Gilbert every time. Closer to Price Corridor, better proximity to Sky Harbor/Downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale.
@@loannealford1113 Take a look at a map and get back to us on that.
Love my Gilbert ! 🥰
Thank you for your video. God Bless you.

I am glad I have an "older" house from 1990s. The crammed new houses are just awful.
9:34 2 cars blow right through the red light! 😂
I had to go back to look. Yep, people just don’t understand the concept of stopping 😂

Happens all the time. No big deal

Get costco gas, the savings in gas will pay for the membership. I drive a 2008 mustang gt by the way.

Hi jeff I love power ranch in Gilbert
I missed this place
Hi Jeff- love the vids. Question: Are there any neighborhoods in Gilbert where you can see the mountains? Thinking about moving to the area, and I love that mountain view.
I have relatives who live in Adora Trails on the south east edge of Gilbert- good views of the San Tan mountains from there.
Brady-I live in Morrison Ranch and we have good views of the Superstition Mountains and on most days, Four Peaks. If you want some pictures let me know and I'll send them your way.
@@TheMiriam333 Hi there-I will be happy to assist you. Can you send me a direct message? Thanks.
@@TheMiriam333 we don’t want conservative here. You should go to Chandler.
South Gilbert is close to the San Tan Mountains. If you really want mountain views check out Gold Canyon.

Like Gilbert
What about San tan valley?
I want to live here

Bro! you forgot about Seville. you make me sad. I love Gilbert AZ.
was the Williams base closed?????
Yes, about 1993.
It’s officially closed, but military aircraft including fighters, apaches and cargo planes, still use it regularly.
I sneak through a Dutch Bros or Starbucks once in a while. Just dont tell anyone.
What does anyone know about Yuma

Barn "one" or Bar "none" ? :D
Yeah I don't think so
Barn One
Cosmo Dog park - thumbs down. So many dogs get sick from the water.
That is why dog parks should be avoided.
Can I ask is racism a real thing in AZ been considering moving there.
Nope Scottsdale is!
Best place to live in the Metro area is the town of Guadalupe.
overrated.....Mormontown
Soooooo boring 🥱
Maybe i’ll move here if i become poor, arthritic, and lobotomized. Living here looks like a punishment
looks better than majority of places in america, you seem chronically online just looking for something to be negative about
Sorry but Dutch Brose is off awful
From what I've heard about Gilbert, you won't feel welcomed if you hold any progressive views.
