If you are planning to move to Gilbert, then David is the right person to reach out to. He has the time to answer every question and he gives you the details as it is. It was nice meeting David in person.
Thank you! For anyone reading this - My team also covers every other part of the Phoenix area as well. Call email or text to get the conversation on finding you a place to live started!
Great! I commented on your other post as well. Reach out to setup a zoom call and we can walk you through the area. Gilbert looks small on google maps but it’s actually covering quite a bit of area. Many parts of Chandler and Queen Creek are also quite similar and depending on what you like to do, where you’ll be working or what you want to be close to - it can open up (or close off) a lot of different areas for different reasons. Reach out or setup a time to meet: calendly.com/david-vanassche-calendar/initial-game-plan
Out of the 10-20 Phoenix UA-cam real estate content creators, this is, by far, the best video/content I have seen on Gilbert. New subscriber now, thanks.
Thank you Richard I appreciate it! I put a lot of work into that video and you’re very fast comment right after posting, is definitely going to keep me motivated to shoot even more east valley content. Where would you like to see you next?
@@Living-In-Phoenix-Scottsdale Chandler and Gilbert are the 2 main areas I'm looking at. Mesa (around Eastmark) makes a ton of sense, Queen Creek too because of their explosive growth.
Eastmark is definitely one of the next neighborhoods I’ll be doing a specific video on. currently I have a video in editing for red mountain ranch and the new construction area next to it called reserve at red rock. Feel free to shoot us a text and we can connect over a zoom Call and make sure you’ve got access to some great research tools.
Be sure to subscribe! We’re working overtime to procure many more of the area. Reach out to us directly for a 1:1 Zoom call where we can discuss and walk you through your questions about moving to and living in the Phoenix area!
I have to say I have been watching Gilbert videos for months and this is hands down the BEST!! I don't even comment on the others. You put your foot in this video!! Great job.
Thank you! While we’ve been helping people buy and sell homes around here forever - making UA-cam videos is brand new to us. Appreciate the feedback - we launched this channel about 2 weeks ago. Gilbert is a FAMILY town. This means that it's quiet, the sidewalks roll up at around 7:30-8:00, and the neighborhoods are oriented for families. We were looking for that when we chose Gilbert, but my cousin who is a single lady found it incredibly boring, and went to Tempe. The schools here have been fantastic, in most neighborhoods you know your neighbors and everyone watches out for each other. This is a conservative area, so keep that in mind when you are considering Gilbert. Lastly, keep in mind, HOAs are in every neighborhood, which I appreciate very much.
I agree that Gilbert is ideally setup for families - and there are other areas that could be easily considered “better” for singles and childless professionals - but downtown historic Gilbert at 10:30-2 am on Friday and Saturday nights might surprise you. There’s definitely fun nightlife to be had without going to Tempe or Scottsdale.
Will definitely add that on a future park video! Have you seen the Mansel Carter Oasis park in Queen Creek? We just posted that video: ua-cam.com/video/1pFPugxoVkY/v-deo.html
In 1994 I lived in Gilbert. We walked to Freestone Park. I thought maybe the park was Freestone. I haven't seen anything familiar.😢 I moved in 2001 to Pennsylvania. I miss my old house.
@@karenwatson4031 It's changed a bunch since then. If you ever think about moving back, we've got your back! Give us call :). Freestone Park is awesome! The park I highlighted in this video is located in south gilbert at Queen Creek Road & Higley. After the 202 Loop Freeway came through it was off to the races for development since you left.
So this would be in Mesa, north of the 60 freeway. There is a shopping center there but the nearest movie theater is actually at Stapley and Baseline, not far from where you mentioned, in another shopping area. Reach out if you’ve got other questions or are thinking of making a move!
There’s so many good ones! Power Ranch, Seville, Adora Trails all will be in future videos. Make sure you subscribe and click the bell to see those. If you’re wanting to make a move, call email or text to setup a time to talk.

I’m sorry but that’s an area we are not experts in. Clients do hire us to help them find rentals, which is a premium service, but the properties available to the open market don’t include any special or otherwise subsidised “low income” that we are aware of.
