Videos are great and very helpful. Can you guys do a video on bobbin case trouble shooting? I keep having issues with needle breaks and the thread coming out of my needle. I checked bobbin and thread tensions so i cant figure out whats wrong. Thanks :)

I like the videos, However how do you set the size for your embroidery design for your shirt, jacket hat etc Most of the videos Ive seen about the Ricoma machine have large designs on the material can you showcase in another videos how to set the machine to stitch small logo designs such as Polo and Tommy Hilfiger for example ??

The size of the design is set during the designing and digitizing process.
