Thank you for this kind tribute to Claude Bolling, brilliant composer that left us this week and with him a part of our childhood ( Borsalino, Les brigades du tigre, Lucky Luke, Flic ou voyou, ragtime/blues/boogie-woogie albums, etc . )
El Cantabile de Galop, siempre me produce escalofrio, tiene una dulzura esa parte!!!!
My favorite Claude Bolling album. And the score as a bonus? Really? Thank you so much George. This is so good.
So cool and inventive! I like that the music highlights the common ground between both styles, elevating both.

Wonderful!!!
YES
I like this recording ok, but the piano sometimes just sounds kind of robotic to me, like they’re too stiff to loosen up during the jazzy parts. The cello puts a lot of expression into it, but the piano feels like they’re just kind of playing the notes with no feeling behind it. They play all the notes flawlessly though, and there are some very hard runs in this suite!
I really want this score, its good music

@@GNGianopoulos Hey, Any possible to buy the digital version of it? it takes long time to ship to other country. THANKS.
This is incredible. Thank you for posting this. How do you manage to offer such wonderful sound to us, your listeners? It is as if we are sitting in your listening room with you. Thank you.
I have a request. I wish you could post this LP. It’s kind of hard to fine but I have at least two copies of it.
It is Leonard Pennario - The Colors Of Chopin - Preludes.
Thank you.

Very nice, even if the piiano sounds washed out, playing in another room and dominated by an annoying percussion. Still, nice to hear. .
So is the Bass and kit player just improvising to the piano and cello written part? Kinda bizarre
@Chris Ray I know what Jazz is. But the players themselves don’t have written parts, whereas the pianist and cellist do. So that would imply they’re improvising to what those two are doing.
No, their are written bass and drum kit parts (I have the scores) but for whatever reason there is not a 'full' score compiled, only the 'cello and piano combo.
@@GNGianopoulos that is very interesting. Still a cool piece though!
