    Nice review for us mortals and the under seat exhaust seems somewhat further from the seat??

    Excellent and thorough review. What camera do you all use for onboard shots that shows the bike leaning from side to side?

    Man, we KNOW Zarco is on the track, ya didn't have to keep going on about it every time he passed (sorry, it was just getting a bit annoying you stopping to say it each time - it wasn't that loud or distracting, so no need to have kept interrupting yourself). PLEASE don't take this as a random moan - I've always like your work man: top lad, top reviewer...... I just thought I'd poke me nose in and whinge this time!! 😜
    On another note, VERY disappointed that there wasn't a single V4 Panigale of any kind at the NEC yesterday..... 'stuck at the port thanks to Brexit'!! Seriously couldn't make this up!

    Fantastic machine but far far too good to be just used on the road with 215bhp!

      That's what "dyno" means

      @damienmcgoldrick4598 2 роки тому

      It's hard to wade through the dramatic salesmanship. Dyno numbers do that in some ways. 195 rwhp ? That's the same as 2015 and up s1000rr and zx10r which are far more reliable and cost way less.

    Sure it is getting easier and easier to ride….but is that what you really want? My 1299S is not easy to ride, it beats me up and can twist me up, but on that rare occasion when I get it right, I feel like I’ve done something. Not sure I want something thst panders to more and more people by being softened up and dumbed down.

    • @fzr1000981
      @fzr1000981 2 роки тому +1

      Less effort and smoother means you can go faster, that's true no matter how good you are - I owned a 1299 and it was exciting but anyone will be MUCH faster on this 2022 V4, like multiple seconds. Put my deposit down

      @@fzr1000981 but what’s faster? On a backroad having fun, getting through my favorite turns quicker? At 59, I’m wanting enjoyment and a feeling of accomplishment of doing something that challenges my skill, and not always being faster and faster. Making the crown superbike in their product line accessible to more and more people, by making it softer and easier…will sell more of said product….but at a cost of exclusivity.

    • @fzr1000981
      @fzr1000981 2 роки тому +1

      The 1299 is fun but rough around the edges, plus being a vibrating oven. Any Panigale is somewhat exclusive. The 2022 V4 is the best looking bike I've ever seen, love what they did with it but I will be getting the Base model. I also had problems with coolant leaks on my 1299

    • @GarryMcGovern
      @GarryMcGovern 2 роки тому

      You need an older bike. The 1299S is a pussycat compared to an earlier 1098S/1198S..... try ride one of them hard..... that'll put manners on ya!
