Their chief political reporter is the daughter of a former Greens and MANA MP. Their staff members like Tamati Coffey and their former head of Maori and Pacific Programming, Shane Taurima, quit to stand for Labour in general elections, with their bias evident during their entire stint at TVNZ. Their political panels are always made up of a majority of known left-wing personalities, whether that be left-wing political columnists, left-wing economists, ex Labour party MPs, Ministers, and party presidents, as well as always going to an institution with a known left-wing bias when seeking input on any policy or initiative proposed by the right. no national is as bad as labour they have both been bought out by the globalists
You aren't even in NZ. Nobody here calls them Nationals. That is australian.
it doesn't surprise me he knows the Aussie TAB odds on the New Zealand election. But as an main head honcho at ANZ, is not his very presence on screen a conflict of interest. Is it not? Please advise why we should believe that Sir John is not on the gravy train too.
Oh c'mon, a conflict of interest? On a TV station that had its rooms used for Labour fundraising events, has staff quitting to run for Labour seats, whose political reporter is the daughter of former Greens and MANA MP Sue Bradford, and who constantly have panels made up of left-wing columnists and former Labour MPs and ex-party Presidents giving their view on every debate??
Now all of a sudden the potential for a conflict of interest bothers you because they have Key on the show? Jesus wept...
Facts. TV1 is incredibly biased to Labour/Greens.
@@aaronlikescoffee But it is a conflict of interest. Mr Key as money man for ANZ after resigning as King of New Zealand and leader of National has no right to express an opinion Nationwide on TV that will benefit his bank. Any idiot can see that. This is the issue and not all the stuff you bung in to try and justify Key trying to sway public opinion.
Interest rate rises are about reducing banks creating money and so creating debt . Banks creating money and so creating inflation.
The commercial banks don't create money, the reserve bank does, which has a lot of influence from the current government
@@adairhobbs2196 Bank loans issued by commercial banks that practice fractional reserve banking expands the quantity of broad money to more than the original amount of base money issued by the central bank.

I would also add the C Murray, a mortgage broker in NZ pointed out that during the period 2017 to 2021 lots people borrowed to MAX. No they have been caught out by cost of borrowing . Avg. Interest rates in nz hsve been 6% over the last 30 plus years .

Go labour
One News dont even try and obfuscate the fact they back Labour, Media reporting is supposed to be UNBIASED.
Not when the media is to the left
as we see over and over.
Vote National for a realistic change.
IF PEOPLE CAN SEE NATIONAL AS LIERS NOW..
WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE KIWI POPULATION THAT IS GOING TO VOTE NATIONAL..
PS.. VOTING FOR NATIONAL IS FOR A HIGHER CRIME RATE IN NZ..
That's why you should vote for Act.
@@kiwigrunt330 No way. Act is a disaster like National.
@@louiethered479 no it’s not.
If you think there will be more crime under the Nats than there has been under labour your out of touch with reality 😂😂😂😂
😂😂 I am voting for labour, green, tpm they are all about the people ✅️✅️ shut up to face John key talk a lot of rubbish😂😂😂
Scam ! Scam ! Scam ! ! : )
👹👺👎
This guy has some good ideas, he should run for Prime Minister
Yeah I'm prob. voting national this time, but this tax thing was super misleading, makes me a bit anxious tbh.
I feel the same, but still miles better than whats being offered from the other side. I take comfort knowing a lot of independent experts have also rated their plan and came to an agreement that more households would benefit under National's proposals than Labour's
@@aaronlikescoffeeI biggest issue I have with National is that they say they are the party of fiscal responsibility; the know how the economy works etc, but they’re showing with their finance and tax plans that they only intend to win, their tax policy is not going to ease the cost of living for the “squeezed middle”, and they are inherently inflationary as no economist believes the foreign buyer tax will cover it.
End of the day labour campaigns on policy and national campaigns on virtue.
@@jame2433 it is certainly no longer the fiscal party of Bill English and Steven Joyce, but that doesn't change the fact they are streets ahead of Labour. Robertson has been rebuked by Treasury every single year he's "handled" the finances and continues to blow out his own budget commitments - and that includes the period of time before he had Covid to blame for everything.
I'm also the wrong person to make that claim about policy to 😂 I'm a big policy nerd, and every election I extensively read through each bit of policy info I can get my hands on. If you go and take a thorough look, you'll see that not only have National outdone Labour on policy this year, there are actually minor parties who have put more effort into their offerings than Labour has, too.
@@jame2433they are both useless the country has been going down the sh!tter for decades luxton is a globalist
not just no but hell no
It's just parties nit picking at policies. On the whole nationals policies will take nz to a better place IMO
Yo
So wish he was still prime minister.
Well I have full trust in John Key, thank you for the advice and putting to rest I have voted for the right government
Thank John for bank bail in law and
Indigenous person rights to the UN.
Old blue boys ... TV 1 your bias is showing...this bloke is a has-been....
Lmao, you're not suggesting a blue bias? A history lesson, perhaps?
TVNZ, a taxpayer funded entity, was caught having their rooms used for Labour party fundraising events.
You're correct that their bias is showing, but it's all for keeping their red masters in power.
@@aaronlikescoffeeBang on the money.
The PM is Chris Hipkins. He can form a government with all parties excluding ACT and NATIONAL.
If they argue who join national, vote green its our future at stake here. The climate change destroy our planet.why come on tv crying, my house! I lost everything! Bla! Bla! Bla! Cast your vote for the party that matter most, GREEN. Do you really trust national?
😂😂😂
You couldn't pay me to vote Green lol
Green naive to realize that electric cars produce more carbon emissions than petrol cars. They are also stupid in thinking that importing dirty coal rather than mining our own fuel is better for the environment.
and Labour.
@@ccsw992 you don't get paid to vote in NZ.
Time will tell , watch this space !
well damn, my future is fucked
John key poor excuse for a man
Ok labour no good so whats in it for the poorer people with National not a lot i guess
there are other choices
If we grow the economy and make nz an attractive place for investors. Poorer people will have higher paying jobs in a lower cost of living. Giving money to people only increases cost of living, it's a vicous cycle
