Hi recently had my mechatronic changed on my Audi a3, but car still isn’t driving. Parking gear is blinking and transmission isn’t picking up on scanner. Please help

I have this fault (I think) on my 2011 Audi RS5.
Get random 'gearbox malfunction - continue to drive normal' messages, sometimes followed by limp but usually the message disappears after seconds and the cars drives normal again.
Such a pain in the arse.
