Eradicators/Desolator are already deadly units for good reasons:
- They can kill any infantry instantly while dealing more tremendous damage on vehicle units
- They're not immune to Epsilons mind control but they can't attack their own Eradicators or Desolator.
Sort of missed the green glow they had in classic.
@@Marinealver It makes sense from a gameplay standpoint to distance it from toxins. Plus, it fits with the Generals/Zero Hour influences of the U.S, China, and Scorpion Cell factions
Just for clarity: 7:15 - this is not an artillery, it's a tank retrofitted into a firefighting machine, similiar to T-34-based Big Wind. That's not a cannon, it's a jet fighter engine on top of that thing.
There's no denying it does look badass.
Years and years have passed, went back playing Yuri’s revenge and at the same time discovered MO. Starting playing the mod and I was like “dafaq is this? Dafaq is that?”

Your Mental Omega series of videos are well produced and narrated.
China isn't as nuke-happy as they are in Generals, but they have access to quite a few nuclear toys that give them an edge in battle. But they also possess the most powerful weapon of them all: an anime waifu.

I don't know what i can say regarding about China, but they lack air superiority. They may have nuclear weaponry in their arsenal and as well as EMP to disable vehicles. But I do love their epic unit the Centurion Siege Crawler along with Yunru piloting it. Cause with a unit like that in their arsenal, it'll make things more easier for Soviet players, even when your playing on Tech Share.
And as for Yunru herself, well I guess she's useful when it comes on taking care of enemy vehicles and machines. She's currently the best and the leader of the Foehn Revolt.

Chinese forces have amazing firepower on their backpack but I still prefer playing as Soviet Russia. Can't wait for Epsilon Forces and Foehn Revolt... Mission Accomplished.

Irradiation y is the stronger variant of Irradiation b.
I was confused about the use of y and b irradiation, but after watching this video, everything became clear and its usefulness was really deadly.
@@fadlirobby7149 China has Irradiation y or Lambda has longer duration than Irradiation b or Beta (used by LatCon and Russia).

Man, the usage of uranium in this armed forces, General Tao (the Nuke General from C&C Generals) would be creaming in his pants at the options available for him.
(As a disclaimer, the PLA General names are all puns, but "Tao" in Tsing Shi Tao, 'green stones' in Chinese when read literally, is an actual Chinese surname, hence why I refer to him as General Tao.)

The only thing I dislike about Mental Omega is the throwing in of Anime girls. Yunru and Libra are a complete tonal whiplash compared to the rest of the art style. Although, that art at 2:20 will now be my head canon

To be fair, the military used to throw in children in their army so it's not much of a stretch to have some of those children be actually useful
I feel that it would be way cooler if China could be a part of the Yuri's faction rather than the Soviet faction. And historically speaking, China indeed betrayed the Soviets and went their own way after the death of Stalin, similar to what Yuri did.
China in this game is kinda too OP. They have too many long range & raw power units, plus AA & EMP weaponry. While really, mobility of units is not important in games like Tiberian Sun/Red Alert/Mental Omega. Still, I love every faction on MO.
i can’t understand the thing that China in MO looks more technological than the Russia even though it’s not… canonical? Especially the thing that China is focused on EMP and Nuclear technologies. I can understand the EMP tech, but nuclear? It looks like it’s more belong to Russia - existing of MIDAS warheads is a solid prove and not only one. And there is a naming problem of belligerents, in particular, the soviets sides. Three factions together calles Soviet Union, but Soviet Union (USSR) is one country not the whole block. It sounds the same as to call Allies the USA. So the appropriate name of the three factions is Committern

you spell Qilin as Chi - Lin , no KI Lin , also the centurion legs design looks so stupid, should have 4 leg or 6 for to actually works , jesus christ , they need better fighting mechanics concept artist for their heroes designs, Yunru should be in a some sort of ironman suit to carry that earthquake gun , the "exosuit" barely visible, looks so awful in their art thumbnail or whatever.
