I know Theresa, I only gave her a proper listen after she died, what an incredible unique talent. Would have been a pleasure to see where she would have gone.
Let's take a quick break from brooding over how hurt and troubled and disturbed she was and just remember and appreciate how gorgeous, adorable, silly, funny, unique, caring, sweet, creative, talented and simply amazing in every way she was. Her legacy is so much than an alcoholic heart broken woman who was misunderstood. She was just a wonderful person and by far one of the best artists I have ever heard in my entire life. She is Amy fuckin Winehouse, the one and only.
In the Era I grew up in, alcoholism and drug abuse were not stigmatized like they are today. People were just coping with their problems. Psych meds were virtually non existent in the 60's and 70's.

She had originality and she was such a musician. It hurts all of us, but her life is a lesson to all of us to keep going on and getting help when we need it. Either way between a semi abusive father and druggie friends she had a hard life towards the end. She wanted to escape it as fame ate her life way. RIP angel ❤ every time she sang live it sounded a bit different so it’s like getting to hear a new version when you stumble across a different performance. I hope she’s up there singing with Tony Bennet having the best time and putting on a show for the heavens
all of her live performance videos give me chills. regardless of her life choices, she was never afraid to pour out her emotions. she always relives the memories that led to each song when she performs them.
In every video that she sings this song you can tell how emotional she gets. i love when a musician writes about personal feelings. its what makes a song great and relatable and im so glad she had a part on this earth as a great musician/song writer.
As she things her whole soul is trembling, her fragile body is shaking, and she with her most beautiful voice and bright mind reflects the deepest pain a human can ever feel. Lost love... As she playes with her voice, the notes she hits, that great talent couldn't be inherent without the pain... U feel that in every performance she creates sthing new she never sings tge song twice the same, so it's not a routine event for her to sing, she every fuckin' time creates the song from her heart, and I see that every single time her heart beats there in front of the audience. U can even imagine how she loved that man she sings of... This is what called talent, but I call it raw and pure clarity of mibd and heart, and a beautiful voice+an enormuous amoubt of energy put out their to produce sthing...
A true talent with her own unique style and sound. Like Janis Joplin and Judy Garland, all reaching out for love, understanding and someone to care. Music like this is a beautiful, artful, dynamic and captivating cry for help. It's their only way to express how they feel. When you hear her speak between sets, she's not very articulate about what she's saying...but when she sings, we all understand.
+knight0582 lol@thatfatfact Theres a lurking silent majority of lower/middle/upper class honing their sights onto that same idea.they sucked every last cent out of her forcing her onto stage even when she couldnt utter one word of a song.until they finally killed her for the insurance money most likely.kinda fishy how someone dies of alch poisoning when they have a full bottle of librium and an alch tolerance that could kill an elephant

Look at how amazing her talent was, she looks like she didn't even have to try!! Pure raw talent. Sorely missed but still part of my main music in 2018 💛
A true "Artist" no one but Amy sounds like Amy. Emotion in her singing is unparalleled by anyone alive or dead, her brutally honest lyrics relatable to everyone. Her sound is always different each time she sings, she said she did this for her fans but also herself, it kept her from getting bored singing the same songs over and over. The most uninteresting aspect of her life was her struggles with alcohol, drugs and bulimia. She had her own sound which she described as jazz/hip hop, she was always leading never following and never compromising her art. She wrote and sang her songs the way she thought people would enjoy them . Her sound is totally addictive, she makes Taylor Swift and Beyonce sound like over processed fast food music. RIP Amy Jade Winehouse.
The preciousness of time and life. Unforgiving time and circumstances. Amy became a part of our lives and she's forever gone now, no longer directly affecting the energies associated with things understood and felt. Indirectly her echo and residual energy blows on our ears like a soft sound and shines faintly on our draining soul's hourglass..moving to and fro...like everything she too must dim as time goes..a dying star. Amy was a light before we all saw how bright she was. A brief glimpse of her flash, a distant memory, dust in the cosmos. We all are everything..she was everything..-CDH
wow I didn't know much about Amy she is amazing so sad to here what happened to her I am now listening to here music what a voice very unique outstanding she would have went a long way what a talent. God bless her Amy.

I first heard this song on a German radio a week ago while driving. I checked out the lyrics and they are simple. The life she has given those lines is incredible.... She was truly an amazing artist..
Каждый раз слушаю и плачу под эту песню,до глубины души она поет. Я не была ее фанаткой, потому что раньше незнала.Только как год случайно услышала эту песню и влюбилась в нее.

Her father wrote a book about her it is really good from a parents point of view. She was so lost like so many of these stars. Money to blow snort or shoot up then it is too late. She was so gifted a voice like no other out there

She put feelings in every word... You really could see the gorgeous mess she was in her eyes... rest in piece, amy! You were always a godess.
Like adele
I would not go far as to say goddess as god said You should not worship no false idols icons Above me For I am a jealous God.
MaluSauer Oficial merci pour elle
bill croft ,, why are you a druggie as well hit a nerve. .
Great talent and beautiful voice. To bad she went away so young. Will be missed and remembered.
She mixes blues rock and roll and a bass tone it's beautiful ❤️
😢😢😢❤❤❤
RIP Amy Jade Winehouse.
i want her back ,, dear lord ,, pls....

tanya biano salut a toi écrié moi!
I can hear her voice a million time, she would give me goose bumps every single time
I'm sure she really did die a hundred times before her actual death, she's finally at peace now.
this is deep...
People who haven’t struggled with dual diagnosis of addiction and mental illness have no idea of the journey taken. Your comment is powerful because it’s true.
Absolutely Amazing lady. I know how difficult it is to have a troubled mind. My late friend and I listened to you all the time. I lost my best friend in 2016 .I listen to you and it brings back memories of the good days. RIP Amy and clare. Love and miss you both so much you where both taken way to soon 💔💔

I first heard this song on a German radio a week ago while driving. I checked out the lyrics and they are simple. The life she has given those lines is incredible.... She was truly an amazing artist..
I love you Amy. Miss your amazing style and soulful voice. Rest in peace Bella
Каждый раз слушаю и плачу под эту песню,до глубины души она поет. Я не была ее фанаткой, потому что раньше незнала.Только как год случайно услышала эту песню и влюбилась в нее.
I understood, she simply steal our soul, she is unique and unforgettable, she walk inside our hearts and leave the soul completely empty, personally she is alive inside of my heart 💜.
Tenho 69 anos quando ouvi sua voz sem imagem na televisão, fiquei encantada.

One of the most amazing women persons I’ve had the privilege to watch,Amy is so up there with Debbie Harry and Etta James, love them all xxx
sometimes people should listen to lyrics, especially when an artists writes them herself ... all the songs around that time were indicators...
Everyone rn 👁️👄👁️

Forever wishing Amy was still here, such a beautiful soul.
One of the greatest live performances of this song I have ever heard. And one of the greatest Amy Winehouse live performances ever. Thank you so much for posting this. You are a gem buddy. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
Great comentary, for me, greatest live performance ever.
Unique, unforgettable and eternal, a voice that will walk on the Universe to forever, love you Amy, love you, unconditionally, but you are the only singer that can get me on my knees.
Her father wrote a book about her it is really good from a parents point of view. She was so lost like so many of these stars. Money to blow snort or shoot up then it is too late. She was so gifted a voice like no other out there
we are all the family of amy and im always amased by all the comments... we are a real family... we all
respect amy with love and... im just... sensitive...
rest in peace and joy and sing forever my little angel, i know thats all you want... love you forever : everybody and me.. sing for the eternity
(a hungarian fan of you)
You were such a fire - vocal range & soul beyond compare. The world misses your voice.
Sin dudas el mejor back to black que canto Amy Winehouse en vivo hace poco descubrí sobre esta increíble mujer que lamentable termino de manera triste y sola
She was the most soulful vocalist, I miss her so much...
Amy, you’re so missed. 🕊️🤍
The most beautiful female artist that has ever sung a tune and don't get me wrong there have been some great girls but Amy has knock them all out of the park xxc
She treats her vocal chords like an instrument.
