Lets be real here Decidueye should have gotten the sniper ability especially since it could use Z-tailwind giving it a 100% critical hit chance while using shadow claw and leaf blade
He liked Serperior the most out of the Unova Starters. He's said in the past he doesn't like Incineroar, which I don't blame him for, since I don't like it either. That Mega design also doesn't really do much for it, tbh.

Except we basically know why. Gen 1 & 3 got the majority of the Megas due to nostalgia/popularity for Gen 1 and because of the ORAS remakes. If the Johto remakes fell into Gen 6/7, those starters would have gotten them instead. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a ~25 year remake for Johto like Let's Go did for Kanto in gen 9
When I imagine Mega Serperior I invision more emphasis on the foliage. Its refined yet deadly like a fencer, long precise blades like rapiers a body that cuts through the wind and field, and its tail more adapt like a blade.
Im making a pokemon fan gane and ive been trying to make more mega evolution including the rest of the starters but it takes so much time for me since i work on it by myself and have a busy life. But i love these megas these people made some dope mega evolution. Im sad that they havnt returned.
the Mega Incineroar gave me new respect for Incineroar lol I always hated that it went from an adorable quadruped kitten and cool quadruped cat to a bipedal furry wrestler lol but the mega design very much appeals to me lol
Tbh personally I prefer it to be Bipedal. It wouldn't be as energetic or unique to me and would of been a Generic Normal Tiger that just breathes Fire. The Wrestling Origins also makes sense for it too
Honestly, I'm hoping for some starters to have either 2 Megas like Charizard or not have a Mega Evolution but at least a variant. Or maybe some kind of "regressive" evolution (like a Monster Hunter Frontier Zenith form or Origin forms - apparently one is a form forgotten by the species and/or long lost cousin species... Would be cool to see it in Pokémon)

Idk. A lot of these designed seemed like they were just adding stuff/accessories on to make existing Pokémon look cool. But all the good mega evolution designs have a new and interesting theme that changes something about them. It can’t be too busy, or it’ll look like a mess y’know
In my opinion, not all starters should get megas. gen 1 and gen3 got megas. They should come up with some unique feature for the other generation starters. Instead of giving gigantamax to gen 1 Pokemon, the 2/4/5/6 generation could have benefited from it. But GF pandering to gen 1 will never stop I guess
It would be extremely weird that if GF would ditch Dynamax and go back to megas. Dynamax/Gigantamax are the main gimmicks of Gen 8, so if we get remakes in this gen, D-Max/G-Max will be in the game.

man i hope they bring back megas and introduce new ones because the only generation who got megas where 1-4. 5 & 6 only got one mega, and gen 7 & 8 don't have any. i feel like gen 5 deserves the most megas. and gen 6 deserves more than just one after all they are the generation that introduced megas so its only fair that some of their pokemon deserve them.
Correction: The Kalos Starters all follow RPG Classes with their designs. Delphox being a mage, Greninja being a Rogue or Ninja (trust me, some RPG games do have a Ninja Class), and Chesnaught being the Warrior. The long amounts of reddish fur on it's body is meant to resemble a mage cloak.
Megas were introduced in gen6. Gen 6 starters didnt, only greninja got a new form that isnt even a mega. But in the gen6 hoenn remakes, the starters had them. But for gen7 the starters had their region's gimmick. And in gen8 the starters had g-maxes, but not the starters from their remakes. WHY?
You know I believed eventually they would all get them but usually when they get a different form that’s it they don’t get another one like with G-Max but the only exception being Charizard cause he looks badass as hell in all 3 forms
When I imagine Mega Samurott, I see it growing a lot more samurai like armor and becoming a Water/ Steel Type or maybe Water/ Fighting

I'd definitely like to see some alternate form for Incineroar that's a quadraped and looks more like a saber tooth tiger.
I miss megas :(, but the UNOVA megas are a bit sucky but the JOHTO ones are the best

man i hope they bring back megas and introduce new ones because the only generation who got megas where 1-4.
5 & 6 only got one mega, and gen 7 & 8 don't have any.
i feel like gen 5 deserves the most megas.
and gen 6 deserves more than just one after all they are the generation that introduced megas so its only fair that some of their pokemon deserve them.

Mega Greninga looks absolutely RIPPED
Correction: The Kalos Starters all follow RPG Classes with their designs. Delphox being a mage, Greninja being a Rogue or Ninja (trust me, some RPG games do have a Ninja Class), and Chesnaught being the Warrior. The long amounts of reddish fur on it's body is meant to resemble a mage cloak.

Megas were introduced in gen6.
Gen 6 starters didnt, only greninja got a new form that isnt even a mega. But in the gen6 hoenn remakes, the starters had them.
But for gen7 the starters had their region's gimmick. And in gen8 the starters had g-maxes, but not the starters from their remakes.
WHY?
I would actually take the redesign Cinderace over the actual one. But the original one is still cool.

You know I believed eventually they would all get them but usually when they get a different form that’s it they don’t get another one like with G-Max but the only exception being Charizard cause he looks badass as hell in all 3 forms
