@@lalithrockz im not sure if shes on roids or not, probably is if she competes competitively on a worldwide level, but maybe a guy could do it without roids but idk about a woman. i have little experience in knowing how large the strength difference is however so im probably wrong.

I love Mike's training style, super calm, allowing you to focus on what you need. Also this lady *is* a freaking goddess, that SLDL weight holy shit, that ROM, flawlessly following instructions. I aspire to be even just 1% as badass.
Yo this got me hype AF. I freaking love athletes like her going through Dr. Mike workouts. I'll watch as many of these as they want to post. Major props to Bri for being the inspiring badass of our Monday.
Her ROM is like 720* for her legs. I can't even get my knees to my chest right now. Looked like a crazy workout, props to her for smashing her way through that.
I love how when shes doing the myo reps and Mike says 'go' she just goes immediately, lots of people on this channel doing that are a little slow to resume (not that i blame them, it's a real gut check)
I wager he expects the hesitancy after the go command so I wouldn't be surprised if he says it slightly earlier than he actually wants them to go. But she is super on the ball!
Heavy or hard ? Training hard does not necessarily require heavy lifting. It's more about technique ,intensity, and how quickly you can recover during sets .Base on her initial attack she was like that was easy -going heavy on her strict deads. But as you can see as the workout progressed she wised up which implied she hasn't understood her body and the science of lifting weights in general . Maybe she would have learned to finally connect her mind and body with this experience. I wonder how she looks at exercising/ lifting now.
Her technique and his training... UA-cam and bodybuilding gold. Her form and technique on most exercises was amazing even in fatigue . Her deadlifts .... Exquisite! I love his coaching style . He is 100% no B's, knows an extreme amount and coaches like great coaches of any sport...... Understanding, observative, talks shit and expects you to listen and get greatness out of you and I guarantee he saw the potential in brianny
Great teacher. Love how he said not to slam the weight down & do the reps slow & controlled. She's beautiful & strong. Still looks feminine. Love it. Keep up the good work.
She got rekt, training with y'all would probably kill me but I'm into that shit. I'd be so down to die in the leg press w mike telling me we got one more set 😂
@Yirlani i literally crawl around my house the evening after my leg day, and I have serious issues walking like i waddle around for at least 2 days after that. you sure you're training hard enough?
Those female powerlifters are the proof (for some toxic guys out there) that you can train like a maniac without shouting and try to appear as menacing and hardcore as possible
do the leg press like I do, have a partner hold onto a really heavy resistance band wrapped around one of the poles and sit next to you. It matches the strength curve of the legs much better. When you fail, they let go of the band. They stand up and stay at the ready behind the machine. When you fail at the regular weight, they start pulling upward to help force more reps. Everyone barfs when they do it with me.
Was remembering first encountering Bry with her iconic RDLs in this video, cool after her win to see her fall in love with the challenge of bodybuilding here.
Mike is so alpha that he gets left hanging for the fist bump at 19:48 and changes the entire meaning of the gesture into a “good on you” seamlessly. Dayum teach me your secrets muscle wizard
as a power and olympic lifter who has done body building, body building was and still is way harder for me even after about 15 years of training. My lifts actually improved from doing bodybuilding splits throughout the year. I found that switching my routine up every 8-16 weeks gave me the best results.
I would love to be able to train with Dr. Mike! Embrace the misery, and enjoy the results! I know I would vomit, or die, but it would be a shitload of fun
Good job Young lady! A couple people who thought they train hard. Have trained with me and they realized that they were on vacation compared to what I do when I train.
I'm gonna try this workout! Although some leg extensions would be nice I'd probably do extension and seated hamstring curl as a warm up before the sldl
Her technique close to fatigue/failure is amazing.
The way she casually said she could do 3 plates with a belt on lolol
she casually deadlifts 5 plates for reps
@Natty all day baby! Yeah Buddy!! you can fo that without roids tho

I wish Dr.Mike would call me goddess...
one day man
It's important to dream big
Profile pic checks out
Sounds like he called her more than a goddess to me.
If he does your quads and glutes won't just be on fire but have been turned to ash. Be careful what you wish for.
Might switch my split to legs legs legs legs legs, I have some catching up to do
@Natty Fatty every day that ends in Y
You can also try the very popular "lower, lower, lower, rest, lower, lower, rest" split ^^
Might need to mix in a leg day in there too.
U are now 40% of the female gym population
"you're a genetic elite" That'll get u pumped 😂😂
Using this video to perfectly illustrate to my friends what I mean when I say I can't do shit after leg days

So impressed with the ability of these athletes to push themselves!

Legend has it that wall has burn marks in it from her unblinking stare
It's called a death stare like a death grip, something you make when you are about to die hahaha. She was worn out.
Best part is 19:47 when Dr Mike goes for the first bump but get air 🤣🤣🤣
... hello darkness my old friend ...
... all around me are familiar faces ...
He played it off flawlessly though
The real one who got destroyed was Dr. Mike.
Lmao didnt even watch the video just watched this one part

With Mike behind you, there's always 1 RIR untill he said "done" or "rack".
One of the best coaches there is! 🔥
Bri used to train at my gym in Columbus. Awesome seeing her on the channel, she’s an absolute beast!!
" I can't get comfortable" the same feeling after ham curl. 😂
Powerlifters:We train hard

Here’s my comment into the UA-cam algorithm (???) if you’re ever in Orlando and want a video of a tall skinny guy lifting I will do it lol

I need a loop of “you’re strong! Let’s go! queen! Let’s go! Goddess! Let’s go!”
Now that's just fucking sad 😢

We could all do with that.
💪
Leave her alone she’s a lover not a fighter 🥰
"No need to psyche up, good technique" is advice so much of the lifting community needs
she left dr mike hanging 😂
I’m sure he realized that she wasn’t conscious at the end of it 😂

The hell will come the day after tomorrow for 4-5 days. The first time you do leg volume training, the soreness that comes after is insane.
OATH! i remember my first time.. was on crutches for three days LOL

Love watching these videos for pre workout inspiration!
This is a great video to workout with in the background. Hearing someone else work with Dr.MI pushing you. Need more.
her attention to her technique is impressive, you can see she makes sure her form is set and true throughout, nice
Wow! The technique and control is perfect. Warrior shit!

6:17 awesome to see her squat on the wedge. A PL doing perfect high bar ATG squats like a WL. Fantastic
Thanks Dr. Mike and Brittany for giving us a peek into your development.

I wouldn’t wish leg day with Dr.Mike on my worst fucking enemy
This actively made me sick, simply from having a general idea of how doing that feels. Kudos, because that is fucking amazing.
20:15 "Comment in the UA-cam algorithm". Haha! Thanks for the laugh Dr. Mike!
Immagine the lactic burn 2-3 days after...
Nobody leaves dr.mike's infamous 'good workout' fist bump hanging!!!!
Love old school , proper tecnique none of this dropping shit ,
I would love to train with Mike. Its time to take my training up a notch. 💪🏽😎
If I got to train under Dr. Mike my life would be complete
15:07 "And last one. When ever you are ready. That means now" 🤣😂👍🏽
Dr. Mike needs the manscaped
LawnMower 3.0 ASAP
Dr. Mike, I need and WANT (I say that now...) to experience this "Death by Leg Day!"
Holy shit thats brutal as always 🔥🔥. My question is, what is the significance behind that mat placed below the lumbar spine on leg press ?
Allows for better rom without lower back rounding.
mike you forgot to say “yas” before “queen”
Me with just the bar👁👄👁
“Bodybuilding….ha ha haaaa….there’s always more.” LMAO
One of my clavicles is broken and this is inspiring me to just go absolute ham on legs for next couple months.
Maddy blocked me cause she was doing partials on leg press and I made asked her " what happened to team Full ROM?".
LOL
Was remembering first encountering Bry with her iconic RDLs in this video, cool after her win to see her fall in love with the challenge of bodybuilding here.
Hey Dr. Mike you got even more gains lately good job! :D
Looked awful from start to finish. I want in lol 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Love to see him and Greg have a gym face off versus battle ⚔️
That's one strong woman...however...metabolic fatigue, proper bodybuilding training, is brutal.
My legs days have never been the same after watching these videos. I too now lay on the floor every session.
The jump test at the end 😂

Nice work, it's not easy having someone else push you on legs
I am very impressed, sldl 315 slow and controlled, so strong and difficult to do especially with her bodyweight
Just looking at the calf raises is giving me phantom pain on my calves
I would be honored to die from a leg day with Dr Mike

This is maybe the best commercial for Converse sneakers ever.
I did legs yesterday and this makes me want to do this workout 😤😤 Brianny is so inspiring!! Excited to see her fuck shit up on stage!! 🖤🖤🖤
"I wanna train with Mike" is really just another way of saying "I hate myself".
I'm so embarrassed. I do these with dumbells at home, but with Dr Mike's technique.
i see so many powerful strong guys at the gym. and on the street you'd never be able to tell they lift.
Oh I would love to suffer through one of those leg sessions. I switched to powerlifting and have this high volume itch to scratch
I would love to be able to train with Dr. Mike! Embrace the misery, and enjoy the results! I know I would vomit, or die, but it would be a shitload of fun
maybe this started her journey as a body builder
Would love to train with you one day! Love all your content and your training style.
That jump at the end has me deaaadd 💀
Holly crap you gave her hell, That was awesome man ,I did enjoy watching it , so informative as well
RP is doing some great work all round
She did amazing. Welldone girl.!!
Not surprised. Powerlifters don't quite have as much volume in their training as bodybuilders
I'm moving to Vegas....Dr Mike!!❤❤

Huge workout ! Thanks for sharing !
On the leg press, the back is rounding ... is it not dangerous ? maybe to ROM there isn t ?
