      @@lalithrockz im not sure if shes on roids or not, probably is if she competes competitively on a worldwide level, but maybe a guy could do it without roids but idk about a woman. i have little experience in knowing how large the strength difference is however so im probably wrong.

    I love Mike's training style, super calm, allowing you to focus on what you need. Also this lady *is* a freaking goddess, that SLDL weight holy shit, that ROM, flawlessly following instructions. I aspire to be even just 1% as badass.

    I love how when shes doing the myo reps and Mike says 'go' she just goes immediately, lots of people on this channel doing that are a little slow to resume (not that i blame them, it's a real gut check)

      Heavy or hard ? Training hard does not necessarily require heavy lifting. It's more about technique ,intensity, and how quickly you can recover during sets .Base on her initial attack she was like that was easy -going heavy on her strict deads.But as you can see as the workout progressed she wised up which implied she hasn't understood her body and the science of lifting weights in general . Maybe she would have learned to finally connect her mind and body with this experience. I wonder how she looks at exercising/ lifting now.

    Her technique and his training... UA-cam and bodybuilding gold. Her form and technique on most exercises was amazing even in fatigue . Her deadlifts .... Exquisite! I love his coaching style . He is 100% no B's, knows an extreme amount and coaches like great coaches of any sport...... Understanding, observative, talks shit and expects you to listen and get greatness out of you and I guarantee he saw the potential in brianny

    The hell will come the day after tomorrow for 4-5 days. The first time you do leg volume training, the soreness that comes after is insane.

    do the leg press like I do, have a partner hold onto a really heavy resistance band wrapped around one of the poles and sit next to you. It matches the strength curve of the legs much better. When you fail, they let go of the band. They stand up and stay at the ready behind the machine. When you fail at the regular weight, they start pulling upward to help force more reps. Everyone barfs when they do it with me.

    as a power and olympic lifter who has done body building, body building was and still is way harder for me even after about 15 years of training. My lifts actually improved from doing bodybuilding splits throughout the year. I found that switching my routine up every 8-16 weeks gave me the best results.
