AND they took away the power-adjustable steering wheel that Lariat has had for decades now. Ford is doing to the F-Series what my beloved Ram did to the 1500: Decontenting and raising prices. But Ford literally pays the bills off of the F Series, so they can't afford any slips with the truck. The Lariat was always my favorite because it had the right balance of luxury and workhorse. Now being an XLT with "vegan" leather just pisses me off! Think about all of the guys that have bought Lariat after Lariat for years, how does Ford explain this to them??
I've had sunroofs on three different vehicles, each one for at least 3 years (one for 6). On the one I had the longest (Grand Cherokee), I did have some water come on because the drain tube on one side got jammed up. Cleaned it out and it was fine after that. Otherwise, no issues. I suppose after like 10 years it will mechanically crap out but so will lots of things after 10 years. I like em.
Definitely shrink flation on the 25 Lariat. The winch used to be just under $3k, now it's $4300, wtf? They should at least upgrade it to 1600 lbs for that price.
We were going to get the Limited when we place our order but were never fond of the interior color. The 2025 solves that. However, the big fly in the ointment is they deleted the exterior color we wanted, Iconic Silver. I can not believe they deleted that color. Damn it! The one option that remained the same and sounds crazy but we are going to do it, was the ability to do a carpet delete and get the super heavy duty rubber/vinyl flooring and vinyl mats. For our travels and towing a fifth wheel and carrying around a small dog, just the easy clean of that versus worrying about mud, hair, etc. was enough to convince us it would be wise.
I just got a 2024 F350 dually platinum in the glacier gray for 9k off retail. Absolutely love this truck and am astonished by its ride quality. Coming from a Ram 1500 with air suspension (which I also loved), there’s not a huge difference. Good thing because this is my daily. Wonder if the platinum plus will be available for DRW (not that I’m in the market, of course).
I’m glad I bought my 2023 F-450 Limited earlier this year. I’m not impressed by the Platinum Plus interior, but I do like that color vs. the blue in the Limited.
Another great video!! I’m glad I just picked up my 2024 F450 Limited! I personally love the admiral blue and gray! I also love the carbon fiber accents on the 2024! Not a fan of the new interior in the platinum plus and the diamond stitching on the doors is repulsive IMO!
I ordered a 350 for the extra towing capacity and would not opt for the Tremor package as it reduces conventional towing by 6800lbs. If you want to make it more expensive add the retractable tonneau $2200
Interesting video, not much view of 2025 images. If that’s top grill, then the Limited grill didn’t carry over to 2025. Didn’t appear dash changed, you didn’t rotate view, but center screen looked the same, not the rumored portrait screen… which is nice. For a 2025, Your maxed out Platinum+ Price fell shy of ‘24 F450 Limited optioned up. Be interesting to see a 2025 F450 optioned up.
The Platinum Plus takes some stuff from the Limited (wheels, fanicer seat covers) and adds back jn a bunch of stuff they took away from the "base" 2025 Platinum. And of course the "base" Platinum didn't get a price drop from losing a bunch of standard equipment. It's a ripoff.
Ordered my ‘24 F450 Limited in Sept 23, took almost 10 months. Strayed and looked at Ram & GMC, which helped me wait… Really enjoy the new truck… Super Duty offer so much more!
Those new F150s are absolutely hideous. It's the headlights and grill. My god they are ugly. Not to mention they remind me of the 2020 nissan titans the way the headlights are shaped
I'm really hoping #Ford loses sales because of all these horrible decisions ! The bed & bumper steps look horrible and they are made of plastic. Ford is offering cheap Super Duty's at a premium price. Is #ford destroying the demand of the SuperDuty on purpose ? #FORD #SuperDuty
Vegan leather on the lariat trims now. Ford can shove that where the sun doesn't shine.

The hell is vegan leather exactly?
Great Review good information !
I ordered my f250 platnum plus with tremor last week. Dealer said probably late January
I orders mine in Colorado, early November and they said April. 25 f350 PP Tremor
Our 2024 Platinum 350 7.3L SRW came with everything except the moon roof. Moon roofs are always a potential problem.
They fail on every make and model. My wife's 2014 explore limited has failed 3 times luckily under warranty, never again will we get a sun roof.

@@SliderFury1 It failed for the first time after 2 years,I forgot to mention the timeline.

2025 f150 platinum plus says late availability and I bet it’s because they maybe changed it to the same as this Superduty interior

Wonder if that will make my 2024 F450 Limited a bit more desirable whenever I try to sell it?😊
I must worship planet earth because the TV tells me so.
How is this more expensive than an 450 Platinum Plus loaded with all options?
2021 limited interior is so much nicer this is horrible looks like it’s from 1985
Ford dealer one year from now would probably offer 70k for a trade in.

The only plus for me is they got rid of that hideous Admiral Blue for the top trim. Other than that, Ford has lost their damn minds.
Dealer said if i ordered a platinum plus f450 today, i would get it August or September next year.......
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮 Similar thing happened when guys were trying to order 23s. I don't think JB ever got a build date for his...
Told me a 6 to 9 month wait on mine, found one online, flew to KC and drove it home 4 days later.

Smoked truffle looks terrible, but i recognize its only a digital render.
Who in their right mind would get excited about paying for a 110 thousand dollar pickup truck?😮
I do not like how the Platinum plus pkg FORCES you to get the moonroof.
Did you say the Platinum trim ( non plus) comes standard with the blackout treatment?
The Duke says, the most expensivest.
What did I teach you?
Got yourself a soccer mom car with a truck bed

Tax write off🇺🇸
I’ll never own a Ford truck because of that slanted door window area where you rest your arm, it’s ugly and uncomfortable.
The dash still looks cheap AF
I wasn’t really impressed with the look of the exterior of the truck
That interior does not look good. Not digging the truffle.
