1/4 Tsp asafoetida
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp black salt
1 Tsp Aamchur
3 Tsp coriander & Fennel seeds
4 Cup puffed poha
2 Tsp sugar powder
Chivda Mixture
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
4 Cup thin poha
3 Tbsp mustard oil
3/4 Cup cashew
3/4 Cup almonds
1/2 Cup dry coconut
1/2 Cup bengal gram
1/3 Cup raisins
1/3 Cup cranberry
1/2 Cup roasted peanuts
