Dry coconut- 1/2 Cup
Coriander Seeds- 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds- 1tsp
Black Pepper- 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Bedgi Chilli- 4
Normal Chilli- 2
Bay Leaf- 1
Clove - 5
Green Cardamom- 1
Black Cardamom- 1
Star anise- 1
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Stone flower - 1 tsp
White Sesame- 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds- 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic- 12
Onion- 1
Ginger- 1 inch
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion- 1
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander
For batatachi bhaji :---
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic- Chilli paste- 1 tbsp
Onion- 1 medium size
Curry Leaves
Chopped Green Chilli- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Boiled potato - 3
