Well of course it has good leg articulation. Need to be able to do the famous GESPENST KIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK pose after all! Also since you aren't familiar with the mech: it kept those three plasma sabers because it would also use them to generate the plasma behind its Jet Magnum punch. It is a VERY awesome grunt unit.
The plasma stakes are actually a somewhat different design on the MP units, though in some appearances it can still use the plasma cutter handles as plasma stakes.
This is the OG Gespenst (in other universe) aka Gespenst Type R (SRWOG universe) with Gilliam piloting it. Type R has 3 Plasma Cutters (instead of Jet Magnum) and Neutron Beam. While Type S (Dark Blue) are the one with Jet Magnum, Blaster Cannon (chest cannon) and the iconic Gespenst Kick. Specifically I'm talking about whether or not it's a MKII Gaspenst because it's got the Slash Rippers but it's not Blue and all the MKII's are blue so is it a MKI Gaspenst instead seeing as it's a black Gaspenst. What's obvious is that it's clearly a Type - R Gaspenst and not a Type - S Gaspenst as it lacks the chest cannon of the Type - S and it has the Neutron Beam rifle and the Slash Rippers which are only used by the Type - R Gaspenst's
Its more or less Gilliam's Gespenst which originally started out as more or less a tokusatsu hero suit in Hero Senki. The manual even shows Gilliam as the pilot for it.
@GundamSneed oh I'm aware it's Gilliam's mech. The only way you could get a Type - R Gaspenst in the old GBA SRW OG game was getting Gilliam a massive kill count before he leaves the party. Now my point was it largely doesn't say what type of Gaspenst it is on the box but it is the same one from SRW30 so there's that Also we did get a Type - S Gaspenst a few months ago
