- Hello, this is me once again piercing my ear bcus of boredome. btw, I am not a professional and I highly suggest ya'll going to one because there are multiple risks in piercing your own ear. I, however am dumb and eager so yeah.

i pierced mine just about 8 hours ago and i was bleeding like crazy!! went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night cuz i felt my ear is all wet. turns out i bled out again 😭😭😭
maybe it has to do with the fact i also pierced my helix the same day and there’s uneven pressure on my ear or smth … i pray i don’t get an infection
i also got a herpes break out on my lip right before that, so now idek when it’s gonna heal, cuz my immune system is probs gonna concentrate on the ear… and didn’t use any hollow object to catch the needle when it went through, so it got stuck into my ear on the other side smh so many mistakes
i’ve only pierced myself with a needle once before that. i got two vertical helixes on my other ear about a month ago and it went alright, they’re almost healed up and they don’t bother me, but this bitch of a piercing..
oh also!!! idk if you can even do that, but instead of the piercing you show i used a circular one.. ik it’s not recommended as your first but i had no choice. if anything bad happens i’ll update. so far i’m happy with the result but the hell i went through is indescribable. it wasn’t painful, maybe 3/10, but SO MUCH BLOOD
Where did u get your rook earrings?
i had a rook once and when the piercer applied numbing cream i just felt a pinch, but a couple months ago i took it off and now its healed without it. Now i wanna repierce it myself

i just did mine yesterday but i think i didn’t get as much cartilage as i see on everybody else’s rook 😭 it’s still cute but i hope it looks fine to others not a hot mess

it really doesn’t hurt a lot i watched this video and then did it straight after and it’s been almost a month so i would say do it
