HOW TO MAKE JEOW HET WITH ENOKI MUSHROOMS

This recipe is great to eat with rice & a side of fresh/steamed veggies!!
Ingredients needed:
- 3 packs enoki mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 4-6 serrano, jalapeños or thai chili peppers
Add to taste:
- salt
- MSG
- padeak
- fish sauce
