@@evelawOw as a person who's always planning my own itinerary from scratch, I find traveling time and the stay duration being the top of my concerns. Hence, I have included the time stamp to allow fellow travelers to gauge their pace. But I have to say, my walking and exploring pace is a bit on the fast side 😜
The train only goes to FenQiHu from what I know. You have to take a bus to continue up to Alishan. Alternatively, you can also take a direct bus to Alishan. But I suggest stopping at FenqiHu.Thanks for watching!
@@delsonchong hi, I tried to book within their operating time, which I believe in 14 days, but it is full already. Any tips on booking the train. Also, I think the train run directly to Alishan since July 2024
@@arinzilberstein8921 No worries, it's a good question. That's because I plan to go Fenqihu for the train bento and the roads here are uneven with steep slopes and not suitable for luggage. At Alishan park, the road is also not rolling luggage friendly. The journey itself is also more comfortable if you only had a small backpack. Thanks for watching!
If I remember correctly, it's about 30 NTD for small luggage. It's not that expensive compared to the unmanned lockers. You can also store your luggage at Alishan, but the lockers are limited.
Very nice and informative
Thank you! :)
Great information, thank you, but it is very difficult to get Alishan's train tickets from Chiayi
I had to buy the ticket online as soon as the slot is open for purchasing. It's very popular! Thanks for watching :)
Thank you for the videos, i especially like the time stamp to gauge the traveling time.

@@-zn6du we should always manage our expectations. But it was actually not a bad hotel for one night. The owners are friendly too!
