Based on the existing peer-reviewed literature regarding potential quercetin cytotoxicity, it might be a wise choice to keep the quercetin dosages low and to coadminister NAC, in an effort to counteract quercetin's thiol-depleting oxidative metabolite. Granted, oral quercetin is subjected to extensive glucuronidation, sulfation, and/or degradation however, the elderly and/or individuals with glutathione-depleting diseases should exercise caution.

Oh my goodness. When I was around 44-45 my health took a sharp dip. Way more tired, way more gray hair, wrinkles, inability to sleep all over again, getting ill easier and more often. More inflammation, less weight loss and more likely to have weight gain. All sorts of things gone wrong and mostly that is how things stayed except for brief shining times of something better going on. At no point, until I watched this video, did I connect it with cutting back on onions and garlic. (sigh). Up until I cut back on onions and garlic, I was in my 40s and having people think I was anywhere from 12-27. Then, I was suddenly 30-45. Wow!
For the body to get rid of allergens it seems to need one of the B vitamins...been trying to figure out which one. All of this doesn't matter if you're missing it.

Thank you Dr. Sung for the really important information. I had a Genetic evaluation through CRI Genetics and was interested to find out how my DNA affected my ability to absorb vitamins and the effect of hormones. Do you have any information if NAC, Quercetin, or other Antioxidants are affected by our DNA? Do people from different parts of the world or different ethnicities have different needs than others? What determines how much of what you need or is your health before you take the supplement the determining factor?
Amazing video as always! Also could you make a video or let me know how to help fix eye sensitivity to light? After quarantine my eyes have been really sensitive and I’m scared of it getting worse. (my eyes are brown if that means anything)
Hi Dr. Sung, Thank you for this great video. Are you familiar with the relationship between Quercetin and the enzyme hayluronidase? In my research, I found out the Quercetin inhibits this enzyme that appears to be responsible for a whole host of systemic health risks including cancer, and infection proliferation
I have bad dust allergies. I need six pills a day to control this. I started with two and that did nothing, six is what works for me. I don't want to take drugs.
My medical doctor tells me to get my nutrients from real food not supplements. Can you put how much of different foods you would need to eat to lower inflammation?
Hello Dr. Could you help me? What is the type of Quercetin that can be dissolved in water in a better way...in order to applied through a PEG tube ? the point is to minimize the risk of blocking the tube
Dear Dr. Sung, I’m a long time reader of your video’s on UA-cam. I appreciate profoundly what you share with your readers. However, I have a question about NAC. I started with this, as well as TMG and Quercetin, since 8 days. I have a light form of asthma and I read a lot about the benefits of all the 3 as well as longevity. I believe in live extension. I’m also a strong believer in intermittent fastning. I regularly do not eat for 3-4 days and drink lots of water. My asthma was doing very well. I didn’t need my inhalator. But now I start coughing, breath harder, get itchy on my skin. Is this maybe a positive reaction to NAC and I have to get through it? I read from some other readers the same experiences. I also take high quality olive oil as well as apple cider with lemon, vit. K2, selenium, d3, magnesium, multi vitamin, omega 3, lechitine, zinc, vit.E, vit. C, potassium, 5-HTP, Ginkgo Biloba, iron, garlic and Astaxanthine. I hope you will reply to me. Best regards, Siert from the Netherlands.
i take lots of supplements too. about 10 per day. i stopped taking them for three days and i seemed to feel better. now i have to add them one by one to see which bothered me. i had severe fatigue and developed gallbladder issues.
My need for suppliments has dropped significantly with the rcp Morley Robbins info I've been using. I still need other suppliments but fewer less often and I am sleeping better, my joints are healing faster and histamine issues have dropped.
can you please tell me how to reverse this diabetic retinopathy? i feel like i have tried almost everything i have heard of but maybe i didnt stay with it longer. the shots in my eyes were too painful to continue especially with no promised good results. please help me and my brother. thank you kindly, becky
Always looking for a supplement that I can take, at most two times a day. Otherwise I’ll be doing nothing but watching the clock and taking supplements, that’s not a way to live your life.

We absolutely can not live without quercetin and NAC as asthma allergy sufferers! These two paired w Vit D3 are a powerful mix during virus season!
Agree 100%. It made a tremendous difference in my life. 99% of my seasonal allergies went away.
I use it for NAC for allergies, the FDA wants to make it illegal over the counter. Get the word out!
