The Gregg Allman fan in me wants to mimic Gregg and his delivery, but Marcus sings it so much higher here I’m left feeling like I should just shut up and listen to what real singing sounds like lol

I was at the Scofield night and always go to George Porter night and if I can handle a 3rd or 4th I usually play it by ear cause you really can't go wrong going to any one of the nights. Unfortunately they're all so busy this year that they're not doing it. Hopefully next year. I actually just saw Kraz and friends Fri at rockwood music hall do an all acoustic show. That was sweet. Really looking forward to Brooklyn comes alive again this month. You going?

+Barry2theB Phew man.. I've seen Sco alot over the years.. Though not as much as Soulive.. But I gotta say that last Bowlive with him was one of the most smokin guitar playing I've ever seen him play. I actually think his playing has gotten way better these last 15-20 years of coming on to the jam scene. Esp when he 1st started Sitting in with MMW. Damn too bad you can't make Brooklyn comes alive. The lineups are outta this world.

it’s in neither. it’s a mixture of both, just like most songs in its genre
In my opinion both solos had too many notes and Marcus oversinged some parts too, they are all obviosuly VEEEERY talented but they need to leave some room to slowsly digest the song for normal human beings, maybe its because i´m not a huge fan of those deep purpley musical passages where everyone goes nuts lol.
