I came here to say a similar thing. They were incredible live, a much fuller heavier sound than you would expect from a lot of their material. And their 119 Show has a better version of this song, especially Cristina's singing.
I always hear Italian Opera influence in Christina's singing. And Andrea's harsh vocals perfectly balance out Lacuna Coils vibe. Maybe just me but I find it refreshingly hetero!

Cristina has very haunting vocals in this. I love it. I've been a fan of these guys since 2004.
May I suggest "Layers of Time" official video or "Swamped" live 119 show to hear them live.
