Shout-out to your upgrade method: I do the exact same thing in FH5. Unless I need a D or C class car in which direct HP upgrades are a priority, I will start from Conversion and work my way back towards Performance. More base power, grip, and weight reduction goes a lot further in higher tiers than direct performance upgrades, IMO.
I want to throw out there that the base dean kearney viper setting (all except transmission and camber that’s personal prefference) are an incredible basis for all horizon and motorsport titles since the tuning is so similar across all the games. I couldn’t tell you why this works but did in this game as well! Happy driving!
T10 will most certainly add modes for us drifters i really cant wait been waiting to get started on drifting leveling a BRZ to be my drift car next ill finish leveling my 2021 M4 and the the 400Z
The game is a bit frame jumpy on PC. But other than that, people are being nitpicky. The game literally isn't out yet so give it time. It physically works so it's already better than Payday 3 and various other let downs in recent time.
I'm coming for arcade games like need for speed where drifting is super easy. I can never hold a drift in forza. Thanks for the tutorial, I'll try it out. I'm looking to learn 4 wheel drifting but I should probably start with simpler drifts!
@@SloRush the point is this isn’t need for speed and we don’t need points because who cares about leaderboards for drift points. Xbox also has groups posted daily for private drift lobbies that run sections. This is going back to the roots that made it successful.
Hoping my tuning ability’s from 7 will translate well have so many crazy drift car set ups on there does definitely bug me having to level each and every car up doing the races and everything right now all I want to do already is just drift tho lol and have my og set ups for the new game

Im leveling up a 2023 brz with the express purpose of making it a drift car in the end it should be amazing depending on what engine swaps it has on bad thing is the rocket bunny kit isnt there so sad because its in fh5😢
U don’t have to buy a brand new car every time you make a build… just save your old tune and reset the car to stock. It’s way easier than this and then y’all can stop crying about how long it takes to level cars!
I stopped my download as soon as I heard there was no Drift mode/ points. That's the only reason I play Forza titles. With how many other titles are competing and doing drifting great, super wack of T10. Drift stuff DLC coming soon I guess.
im finding it so hard to get excited for this game, for example. My Go to Drift car is the Murcielago, but in Horizon it can get up to about 1400bhp, but in the motorsport titlaes it barely reaches 900. (Yes, the maxpower of cars hasnt changed since FM4)
@@MrHighFlyer45 No I know, it's just the mods being more extreme made for more fun. On FM7 I still lived using the Murcielago but even for race builds I think the more options of bigger power-build would be more fun.

Use Suzuka East to learn how to drift, it has the start/finish straight, and a bunch of corners to learn on, and even learn how to transition
