so, same as basically not being able to do 500km/h in FH5? or was the jesko there just never supposed to break 500km/h?
quick edit - I mean 500km/h in freeroam, I don't count using hotwheels, eventlab and so on to achieve better top speed.
Fastest I ever done on vanilla map was 499km/h

It’s been 270 ever since the first game. They really just need to take the speed cap off at this point. It makes no sense for cars to be limited in racing games in 2023
Well, this game is great... we can finally do a proper 24 hour race if we ever wanted to - assuming we know the correct amount of laps to do it, though unsure if 1,000 laps is enough for some circuits
I think there is an option to set the duration of a race instead of laps, but Forza Motorsport removed a lot of features so I'm not sure

There is an option for timed races. It maxes out at 24 hours.
@@Al-ny8dr and then you can set the timescale to 24x speed, so then you have 24 day-night cycles, which means it’s a 24 day race

2:35 seriously what is going on with this game, the sheer amount of downgrades from Horizon 5 is shocking. We can't even customise the gear ratios on electric cars anymore. No weight reduction, no nothing. This game coming off the back of a game like FH5 with as much as that had is such a let down. Turn 10 just do not seem to care at all anymore, they've checked out it seems.
Ignoring the grinding aspect of it the upgrades in this game is a let down.
Like why are they limiting power upgrades so much? why can't they make a upgrade that allows the max RPM of the motors to be increased meaning a higher topspeed?

Since nick didn’t give a fun fact about the pininfarina 1:40 I will: the pininfarina is actually Ferraris old car designer and they used design the cars for Ferrari and now they made their own car which is called the: automobili PININFARINA battista. Your welcome ;)

Developers have always limited cars to 272-274 unless a manufacturer wants their specific car to top out higher as part of the licensed agreement
its about 285 in FH5 as far as I remember, with a variation of the F1 and the rimac getting to that speed maxxed

The Battista can easily do 250mph IRL. It has the same battery and chassis of Rimac Nevera.
Rimac made them nerf it a bit when they agreed to sell them the components lol. The pininfarina is better looking so they couldn’t let it be faster too.
@@bennythechamp7265 well battista can go from 0-60 in 1.79 seconds ( claimed ). Top speed i guess is electronically limited to 220mph. For half a million more than nevera ( i guess the styling and the pininfarina name makes up for that ? )
The Pininfarina Battista is limited to 217mph
At Dream Ride back in August I got to talk to the Rep from Pininfarina about the car. It shares the same monocock lol motors and batteries as the Rimac

The nissan r92cp is probably worth a go if you can add more power, it can easily hit 250 in gran turismo stock
This games car list is so lackluster, I get we’ll be missing cars but no Hennessy, no speedtail, only 2 koenigseggs, 1 pagani, no murcielagos, no Sesto elemento, I could go on and on
2:19 it basically is Rimac. Battista shares the same architecture and powertrain as Nevera
2:54 that is Chiron SS top speed (which is 273mph and not 280+) and not regular Chiron top speed (which is 261 mph)
chiron has repeatedly gone faster than both 261 and 273 on several occasions, top speed was reported as 281 but has achieved over 300 in various record attempts.
I remember back in the FM4 days, the Saleen S7 was the fastest down Le Mans

Can't conclude jesko attack is the fastest car in the game with 277mph. We have to wait till the developers include buggati Chiron 300+, bolide, Hennessy F5, SSC tutara and jesko absolute.

game is soft limited to 270, acceleration and drag are clipped hard to avoid higher speeds
ssc tutara top speed was cheated so it wont be added most likely, jesko absolutes top speed hasnt been publicised so most likely will be slower than the chiron 300+ even if its added but both most likely wont be added
@@praisemczBugatti could make the w16 easily hit over 2500 hp but there isn’t any tires that can support that kind of power and it would reduce drivetrain reliability

what it only did 300+ because of a suspension bug in fh4 and and fh5 topped out at 280ish beacuse it still had the hp from fh4 but did not have the suspension bug to help it and in fm it has never gone over 250mph since it was first added in fm7

This game is awesome once you get ffb wheel settings dialed in the tire physics are unreal pretty next level honestly you feel everything the car is doing in a very realistic manner like what a wheel will do during under and overstear i love it quite a bit
and in 1st person view the rumble strips and tire noises sound pretty spot on as well
I want to enjoy this game but it is broken. I can't progress past the builders cup intro. The game will not let me do anything besides the builders cup intro. Anyone else have this issue on PC?
Great to have people level up cars doing it this way. People sure do like trying to find ways to make content. Mine as well make the AI make your videos since your to lazy to level up your own cars. smfh

The car leveling in this game is WAY too grindy. I thought I wasnt honna use the AI to level.... until I saw how pathetically slow you gain levels. They need to speed up progression by at least 3 to 5 times what it is now. You can go through a whole series with one car and be level 14/50. Go ahead AI, get me some lvl 50 cars lol

First of all the jaguar can do 280+ mph with no drafting, even it can do 285+mph with no drafting if you got the right tune, so it's a massive important... where the jesko half to draft to even touch 280moh just for a second. We haven't seen 280+ since forza motorsport 5 with the Nissan gtr black edition... so yea 280+ is a massive improvement
