@@FreedomFishingFL Im in St Johns. Have been recently trying to get into fishing a lot more and this video is one of the craziest I’ve seen around the area!! Those reds were something else. Cheers!
Been following you since last year , I’m from st Augustine and been wanting to fish off shore for a while but don’t have a boat or know people who have one (tired of fishing in piers and land). Hope one day you do fishing with fans/subs . Love you’re videos
@@FreedomFishingFL If you mean the Bch Blvd ramp right on the ICW across the canal from Beach Marine, it's the 'Mike McCue' Memorial ramp...great ramp facility!
That was a good lookin flounder In the beginning. But it's so funny to me All you professional type fishermen go oh no please don't be a catfish.... Catfish are great eating and they're not a terribly boring fish to fight. Whats the deal? Lol
First I’m not even close to a “professional” fisherman! LOL Saltwater catfish aren’t good to eat except for Topsail cat. I grew up in Michigan and love freshwater Blue Channel cat but not these guys. Plus they are very slimy and not fun to handle. Thanks for watching
@@FreedomFishingFL maybe me and my friends I grew up with are just weird lol we used to eat catfish out of the St Johns River(ortega river stretch to be specific) and the ocean (catching on jax beach) regularly. Especially fried on a fish sandwich. Thanks for the response and nice fishing. I would love to get on some of those big reds. As for the handling i keep a leather glove in my fishing bag just for that reason lol.
I like watching these videos cause I can't afford to by good chicken, to me marketing has gone so far overboard very few unless your rich can afford meat like this,I remember when brisket was the cheapest cut of beef but once they showed it on a cooking show,we'll that put someone like me back to basics, good luck hunting cause you ain't gonna get this at the local grocery store, marketing hmmm
Thanks for sharing. I will try that spot some day
You should!
Love your stuff! As a Freedom member in Jax/St. Augustine and constantly get skunked. Glad to see somebody catching fish on these boats!
Thanks. Keep at it
