Thank you! Give this thing another try. Take it one section at a time, slow it down with a metronome to an annoyingly low speed and work on the finger positions, raising by 2-3bpm over time as you go, day by day. The key here is just pure repetition and consistency.

Yeah man I need to develop a more disciplined practice routine. I mostly just write riffs and then move on to the next one constantly due to being ADD af but I want to improve my techniques massively.
