I have an ECU with one motor that does not act right. Pulses power to the motor. Had smoke when attempting to power motor 2 and nothing afterwards. No obvious damage. 3 other motors work fine. No shorts to any of the 3 phases of any of the 4 motors, including 2. What could the issue be?

Just wondering, if there are no shorted FET’s and no startup beeps, where would you look next?

I have a question. Why the 4in1 is not suitable to be used with larger motors like MN6007 motors while amperages ranges is the same?

You have not shown how to remove heatsink

Heatsink removal is not a big deal. It's really easy job using a prying tool.
