I’m starting to think that some of them do clickbait now just to annoy people. It’s so obvious that a lot of thumbnails that some certain people make, just went into a 1444 game and annexed a bunch of nations through console. Then google the nation and put a picture of one of the country’s leading figures 😂
On one of the streams some time ago Zlewikk was comparing various YTbers including himself if they show true borders as in video, surprise, most did not but in different way. They were showing less than what they really achieved

This is awesome! Also, India is also my favorite region! It's a bit sad to see the lack of flavor in this region (Nepal has generic missions, most monuments are actually unusable or trash, hugbox galore, not a single nation has a unique government type while Livonian Order has 15 WTF), but I hope they will show the India and Persia regions some love in the next update :)
After Dharma India had the highest amount of flavour and event after many DLCs I still put it on one of the highest spots. Lots of mission trees, some of best ideas. I actually love Indian monuments (like 15% ccc) and there are a few unique govs, just not as shiny as some of new ones :)
@@ZlewikkTV agree, thought it makes sense that the region which the DLC was for would have the most flavor. In fact it would be kinda sus if India didn't have most flavor after Dharma. And I also agree they have a lot of interesting government reforms, though I wish nations like Delhi or Marathas would have their own.
As for the monument, the one is Varanasi is really strong, yes. But most of the ones in the south feel really weak, and most monuments require you to be Buddhist or have Buddha as your national deity. That alone in a subcontinent where most are Hindu with no way of unlocking Buddha, is kinda shit.
@@thomasmann4536 Currently I'm doing buddhists strike back and cotton kandy (already got this one) and it's sad that Ceylon doesn't have anything unique, they even have generic indian missions.
Actually, Mewar has Rajput Monarchy, but it only gives army trad and has no mechanics. Same with Punjab, it gets a unique gov, but it is only manpower and land maintenace (or something like that) and no mechanics.
@@nathanc939 Rajput kingdom is not unique to Mewar, it can be chosen by any country with in the western Ayran culture group with indian tech. And by all accounts, it's garbage.
The Punjab one you mean is called Misl Confederacy and it's for any Sikh nation.
The Honesty and Integrity of doing no clickbait in title and thumbnail all the time is the reason i'm here and not on other EU4 YT channels.

I know Zlewikk won't but i would like to see him play Anbennar a bit(My favorite mod). Would love to see him handle some of the unique things there. Such as Black Demense or The Jadd, maybe even the command with their disaster. Would be awesome

Bahmanis are really great for forming hindustan. In my current Bengal to Hindustan run, I got the required provinces by 1580-90 cause Bengal is in the east. This was problematic cause now I had to fight big transoxiana, mamluks and worst of it, I failed to get the achievement that you get by conquering Cape, Ottawa and London. I guess I will need a second run.
Oh yeah, my first guess of 1460 was actually doable without truce break, but not if VJ expanded into Sri Lanka like that (They often do not go after it this fast). Also, I usually would snake towards both Jaunpur's provinces, throught Malwa and make a claim on Ratanpur or who ever took is close to Vanrasi (or what ever that second one in Jaunpur is called).
So yeah, between 1460 and 1462, it can most definitely be done, but it can not be reliably pulled off, at least, not by me.
Edit: On your community post, my second guess was right on the spot!
If you wait for VIJ to conquer Mysore, Venad and Sri Lanka, you can take all six provinces in one war. After you can release Kotte/Jaffna and core Kandy province due to same continent subject.
If VIJ conquer only Sri Lanka, you can probably try to diplo vassalize Mysore and Venad and get their provinces this way.
Also going for Gujarat first will prevent Gujarati-Jaunpur alliance and allow you to full annex Gujarat in one war to get permanent claims on Gujarat and Malwa.
So, should be possible before 1460, with going hard on loans probably even before 1455.
@@ark_e I do not think 1455 is even remotely reliable, VJ almost never goes for Sri Lanky early, sometimes literally never.
Plus a large part of the time limit is the coring time. It is better if VJ annex none of those and also much more likely, by 1460.
Can it be done by 1455? Maybe, with ungodly amounts of luck, as who ally who and who annex who as well as core time is just fucking massive here AND you need 3 stab as well as those provinces cored.
Having one lucky game where you do it really fast is not impressive, like at all. Doing it fast, with no restarts and relatively normal circumstances is impressive.

why dont you add the rest of the provinces around the trade center also to the trade company since you wont be able to state the area anyway and their autonomy will be high, they would be better served giving you more trade power. are you worried about the extra gov cap?
Gov cap. When I use TC improvement for trade power then whole area, otherwise just Trade center/estuary. This is super wide gameplay, 80% of lands are not stated anyway
I hope they improve the Mission trees for the Indian Unification Tags. Most of the mission trees are pretty good although older but then once you form Hindustan etc there's very little and not impactful. I'd personally really like if it was like some of the newer ones where you keep your old mission tree and get extra to go beyond.
Oh, and also reducing Deccan's admin tech cost. If I recall it's a pretty powerful tag but most of the time you'd either Jump it or stay as Bahmanis well beyond the Unification of India...
They might for the next dlc which is a middle eastern focused one since the Mughals will probably be updated in the dlc as well. That or they update Persia + India together instead

Does using Return Cores button decrease cost of provinces in case of warscore? Cause u didnt use this interface, u chose provinces simply by marking them
It's not possible to use "return core" for your own cores.
Iirc the price is the same but you get "returned cores" opinion modifier (+40 per province) when return cores to other nations.

I always get a bit overwhelmed by the estate privileges when I'm playing in India after the last couple of patches, especially with the religion ones.
Would you always recommend taking the +100% conversion cost/no heathen modifier when playing one of the sultanates with majority Hindu provinces, or is that more of a situational pick since you're going for a fast conquest here?
Would you recommend this sort of stability > future development privileges in mp in order to expand faster in the first couple of decades?
