She looks banded, but she's actually pied, or possibly belted! Banded is a dominant gene in mice that causes a relatively wide band across the midsection when heterozygous, and a nearly fully white kouse when homozygous. pied and belted are recessive, in comparison. This lady came out of a pairing that did not have white marking present, so this girl's white marking genes have to be caused by a recessive gene😊.
