Absolutely love this channel and this family. One of the things that I most appreciate about you is that you do not dramatize your video Thumbnails they are always trust purely you
Love the maple tree lined roads!!! Thank you for sharing the wonderful view!!! And that view where you're thinking about placing a bench near the expanded drift of roses is amazing too, and a bonus view of your neighbors' older trees.
I absolutely love the laughter and excitement of children playing outside, I don’t know about up where you live but it seems like you hear less and less of children playing outside
Same here I miss the sound of children. Makes me so sad. I'm 67 and playgrounds used to be full of laughter screams and shouts. Now except for bands practicing there is as the song goes" the sound of silence".
Laura, can't say enough about this wonderful video which started my day off on such a joyous note. Everything you planted was placed perfectly with care with future beauty in mind. Bravo! And, a special shout out for your library trip. Good on you! As a kid, I can recall the special time choosing books with my Mom and being let to wander the shelves, all at kid eye level. Believe me when I say, this will be a fond memory for your Benjamin & Samantha ♥
I love listening to the joy of children's laughter.♡ As your kids are growing older, do you find that you relay less on extra help from caregivers to care for them on a daily basis? I bet they love shadowing you throughout the day♡ Those yellow iris are beautiful! I didn't know there was a reblooming type. I can't wait to see the spring show with the lilacs and forsythia!♡
I think the questions about how they take care of their kids and if they are in school are intrusive. I don't think we need to know that much about their business of their daily lives.
@annad1921 I didn't mean it to be intrusive or disrespectful at all. I just know that as my kids grew older, it was so nice to cut back on extra care as they loved to be more helpful and involved with doing things around our home.
Iris are one of my favorites! I have to get some reblooming varieties in my garden asap! As a southern girl, I’m having grass envy. My St Augustine will be going dormant in the next month or so while your grass is looking top notch! Great job Aaron!
You must get such a feeling of pride and joy every time you drive in your driveway. So very happy for you both great job! Are you putting in a gate or arch at the beginning of you driveway?
I love the gator tour Autumn blaze maples! I love Aaron's drone views/tours. How fun would it be to do a full tour as a guest would see it via car or gator? It would be like we came to visit ❤ A fun new view.
the colors in your gardens!! wow!! love those maples and the monkshood and the irises.. the colors are so intense!! what a magical place... your children were making me laugh - they are living their best lives... hope they had fun at the library! it's great to see them love reading... what a fun day!! 🥰❤thanks for the video!! 🥰❤
Oh my goodness! The view down your lane is absolutely beautiful! I had to rewatch that part a couple of times. You guys have created such a stunning oasis. You should be very proud of how far you’ve come in such a short time. The other day I was thinking….i wonder how many trees they have planted since buying all the new land? Answer: a BUNCH! 😉
Laura, we enjoy your site so much! Would you consider making your videos a bit longer? Your editing is great, except for the superduper fast action, and it helps us with our own yards and projects so much! At least 30 minutes would be so motivating as well as very pleasurable to enjoy all of your happiness with your homestead! What are you planning for the area with the lilacs and birch tree area? It is so blank and dusty. Where is the eagle's post going to be? No more voles? What happened with the grapes? What about placing some swinging benches around the property in various gardens?
When Laura is talking about the reminiscence crema rose and Russel came up, she said that (the rose) is so pretty around 3:56. Russel is like, thank you! Yes I know 😂 so cute!
Wonderful Laura 🌺. All these plants are so pretty and they are going to be amazing in your garden and the view of the trees looks gorgeous . Have a great week end .🌺🌻🌺
Goodness that sedum!! The individual flowers look so much bigger than on other varieties. And gorgeous during and after the bloom… I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for that one. ❤
Such a nice way to start my day, lilacs for next Spring, and beautiful fall colour for now. Thinking of you and Aaron when I watched S&K Greenhouse rare and eye-catching conifers video yesterday.....lots that you would want for the Dream Stream ❣🌲
NOW I know what my monkshood should really look like! Pretty sure mine aren’t getting enough sun because the foliage isn’t that deep green and the flowers aren’t that large. Def moving them next Spring.
Hey, Laura! I have a grove of red maples that were in the property when we bought it, and wondered what fertilizer or treatment you put on them (and how often) . In the video before this, when the drone was catching the grass being cut, it looked like a person was going around each tree with a fall fertilizer. I want to do what I can to keep these trees happy and healthy. I’ve learned so much from your channel. Thanks, from Amy in Georgia.
I live in SoCal desert Riverside area. And I always say that one of the prettiest days is a rainy overcast day because for all the different elevations around here the sky looks so so huge and amazing what are the different shades of grey clouds
15:30 maybe use the same stones from the path to make there a little square (patio, I think it's called in English). It still has a lot of space for it. Maybe a oval square (or a lose form) , between the blooming white roses.
Reblooming iris! So cool. I remember the first time I ever saw one of these in my neighborhood in Boise, it almost caused me to wreck my car, I was so shocked by seeing iris blooming in October. That was probably 10 or 12 years ago.
YAY for taking the kiddos to the library! As a library worker it's so important to use your local libaries. Thank you!
Oh yes! Our local library is a weekly event. My daughter wants to be a librarian when she grows up 😍
My fondest memories was going to the library with dad on Saturdays. I'm 67 and still an avid reader.
@@katiedavis5861 That;s awesome!
A trail camera on the sunflower seed heads would be fun
The maples lining the lane are looking majestic. The property is beautiful, Laura.
Isn’t it tho?! I rewatched that part a couple of times. The bright green grass with the autumn color on the maples is perfection! 🍁
Beautiful plants, library, and kids laughter. You are truly blessed as are we for sharing it with us.
Love seeing Russell!!❤. The children’s laughter and fun! Great memories!

Nothing like hearing children having fun. Love the yellow iris blooming and the large rose drift.
They are too busy on their electronics

I just love listening to the kids have fun!
You sound so happy💖
The kids playing and giggling, nothing like it! Beautiful plants and the maple trees are so beautiful! Blessings 💞🙏🏻💞
It makes me feel better seeing that your lilac also have curling brown leaves. I wasn’t sure if something was wrong with mine.
Beautiful gardens in so much color still! I love listening to the kids!!!
I like how you are feeling in the blank spaces with more beautiful things 😊😊
Good morning! Such beautiful plants. Everything looks so good.
Next season's tour is going to be a stunner!
The maple tree vista looks so pretty, and the kids are just loving life.😊
Those are beautiful additions in the garden. Good morning everyone!

Along those lines......are you homeschooling Benjamin? Just curious.
@@smarties6342I have wondered the same thing.

It seems like there's more fall color everywhere. I can't remember when that was last. Things are gorgeous this year.
The maples are gorgeous ❤
I have a beautiful bouquet of lilacs on my kitchen table. They were such a sweet surprise.
I enjoyed the mini tour of autumn color!
Perfect spots yet again. Love where the sedum is. Benches are a perfect choice. Benjamin, dash in and out. There is nothing better than kids laughter.
The salvia in those pots are still blooming! Amazing!
Wow! You got a lot of plants in the ground today! Everything looked so nice!❤❤❤
The maples against the gray sky is picturesque.
Kids playing on a beautiful day 😊What a beautiful place. So peaceful 🤗
Beautifully done~
All the plants look so pretty 😍
Thanks Laura. So happy to hear that Butterfly Bushes bloom on now wood and can be pruned. I have a few that are huge and definitely need pruning. ❤❤
Good Morning! 🎃 I like all those plants that you planted in today's video! Benjamin & Samantha are having so much fun! 😃💜🌸🌿
Love the maple lined lane! 🍁🍂

New Gardner in Ohio: I love where the Sedum ended up and I just can’t get over how you still have beautiful flowers 🌺
Hi I'm in N W Ohio getting chilly here. I've been putting of cutting back my garden. How are you?
@@rtshaw3621 hello the garden is doing well. We started developing the garden in the backyard. It has been a busy time

Exciting to get some of those plants in the ground before winter.
Everything looks in your garden so beautiful ❤️
Another great spring splash is A red bud tree, a dogwood tree, forsythia bushes, and azaleas! Followed with crape myrtle

I've never seen an iris bloom in October. Gorgeous! 💛💛💛
Russell, Cheddar and Douglas need their own YT channel, please! 😺

Your driveway will be spectacular (it is already) when those maples have grown.
Everything you planted today was just my cup of tea. So beautiful! But that drive down the lane looking at the maples… breathtaking! ❤ xo

Looking mighty fine the garden glad your weather is agreeable to plant your flowers!!! Trees I agree are beautiful!!!
It would be neat if you put a trail camera up on the white fence so we could see what eats the sunflowers ❤❤❤

A gorgeous grand entrance ! 🎃🍁💚🙃
5:16: 💛 These are 'Harvest of Memories' Bearded Irises. They are one of the most reliable reblooming Bearded Irises. 🤩

My yellow irises are blooming now too! My are old-timey ones, so they’re just confused. 😊
Russell!
Good morning!🌻🐝
I enjoy the garden walks, but the Autumn garden drive is awesome too!
I thought I saw the iris stalks during your fall garden tour! Lovely to see!

What a treat to still see you planting in Fall! Q-Do you home school Benjamin?
Oh my goodness Laura what are those red blooming beauties on your left side at 5:44?? They’re amazing!
Reblooming iris! So cool. I remember the first time I ever saw one of these in my neighborhood in Boise, it almost caused me to wreck my car, I was so shocked by seeing iris blooming in October. That was probably 10 or 12 years ago.
Oh Benjamin did a grab and dash, cute ! 🎃🍁💚🙃
I love those maple trees! So gorgeous. I live outside Phoenix Az. and we don’t get fall color here. 😢
I love the smell of iris! One of my favorites!
You are living in Eden 🥰
