You and Roger are the best couple on u tube! I can feel the love from you guys from the screen! Love when you take us to the flea market ❤also I would bet money you have the most organized basement in America!
If you haven’t seen the video in which they talk about Roger’s proposal and how they met it’s a must see. Karen can you link it when you have time? Please!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Good morning ☀️ Hall pottery is so beautiful and just doesn’t sell well. The colors are gorgeous. They must have made millions of them. Another eclectic haul from the flea market. Fun day.
The Westinghouse Hall pieces were given to the customer when a refrigerator was purchased in the 40's. They were for storing food and beverages in the fridge.
I have the blue Hall China pot made for Westinghouse that came with my grandmother's first refrigerator, a Westinghouse of course. Love your videos. You keep me from shopping. I just watch you and enjoy the show.
You guys crack me up, Ikea bag, etc. If the snowglobe night light does work, the glitter swirls around when you plug it in (I have an angel that does that). I do think it is an owl or some kind of funky chicken lol That 'cut to clear' blue compote is gorgeous!
Wow how early you both look… so happy with each other. You are both so talented together and separate.I love they way you kid with each other.Wow Roger really come out of his shell lol❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love your videos. You engage your audience so much ❤ I watch one of your videos when I want to go to a Goodwill and I am always satisfied. Thank You for that 😊❤
I would have purchased all of the ringed candlesticks for crafting! You could snip the funky rings off and make pedestal candle holders or risers. I need to take a trip to Pennsylvania! 💗
One thing when thrifting, you have to have that eye😗💯 Your style, and your care in buying then selling at such a rate, you are the queen🤩I always love to watch you and Rodger out and about. Karen, I truly love your channel, and you do need a big pat on the back for all of the work you have put in😗 Much love from my husband and I😘
Hilarious - She left! John rocks - love the signs he's made on those little ladders! Love when you pull solds. Hope you have a lovely rest of the week, Karen!
Yes, I pronounce words like Roger does, too. We are just old kids from the country. The blue compote is gorgeous! Is that what's called cut-to-clear? I love cobalt blue glass.
I laughed when you were saying that Roger is sly. My husband is 6’5 and 280lb. I’m always calling him STEALTHY. We’ve been married 24 years and not a week has passed that he hasn’t made me jump out of my skin. I’ll be on the other end of the house doing something and turn around and he’s right there😲 aaah!! He will come home and I don’t hear him come in. I walk into living room and he’s just sitting there 😲aaah!!! I have dropped and broken more things than I can count over the years. 😂🤣 I can hear my 5’2 100 lb daughter walk thru the house but my “mountain of a man” husband moves like he has a stealth mode 😂🤣
Hi Karen, If you are familiar with the aesthetic "mob wife", fake fur and vintage real fur is doing pretty good now (so I hear). I don't have any for sale...but I watch a lot of you tube and have been aware of the trend. I think it began in 2022, which includes leopard print, etc. and has been trending up. Might use keyword for that fur hat if you don't already know that term :-). PS I like that you don't just show us the buying but also what solds as well.
Omg when u did the trunk haul and i could see Roger in the background just watching u work, so interested in everything u are doing! I jjust love him!!!!
Hi Karen.. I wonder if that Piece of Artwork of the Boats is a seascape/landscape of Gloucester MA. I'm from RI...reminds me of a scene from when I spent time in seaport in Gloucester. Thank you for you video ❤
New to your channel and really enjoy it. I have started reselling myself and I just love it. I am also from NY but live in Michigan now. My name is Karen too. :)
Those "cherub" prints are known as "Cupid Awake." There's another set with the eyes closed known as "Cupid Asleep." Those are my favorite prints of all time. So precious!❤❤
Hi Karin, I love so many of the fines of yours in this video! I’m waiting for those rooster hand towels and that pig planter to show up in your store ha ha so funny when you were talking about the price of that wooden pouf; my husband always says that if there’s a group of anything, I’m sure to pick out the most expensive one without even trying😂😂. I hope y’all have a great time in Florida.
Those lamp shades are very valuable! Oh, how MCM and gorgeous! This is the first time I wish I was at your flea market. I want those, but I will have an opportunity someday.
I have one of the little boxes with hinges. I was told that it is hand made out of camel bone. The clasp on the front of mine has two animals on it. At first I thought it was turtle shell.
Oh those Westinghouse refrigerator dishes!!! I have a 1947 Westinghouse refrigerator that is in in its original working condition! It is a workhorse! I would love to have those refrigerator, dishes!
Hi guys! Love the flea market you find! Wish here in Montana we had flea markets like you have! Thanks for sharing your humor and your adventures. You are a CUTE pair😅
How I enjoy watching your videos. You are so organized!! I'm always happy when I see a new video from the both of you. Keep them coming!! ~ Linda, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦
Being from southeastern Pennsylvania myself, I truly enjoy Roger’s accent. Reminds me of my dad. I’ve read that the Philadelphia accent is the hardest for actors (Mare of Eastown on HBO tried) to master!! Love it❤
I think the bizzarre animal is a chubby kookaburra, at least that’s what my mind is telling me 😂 but do we ever listen to everything my mind says… no we don’t!! That artwork you found is everything!!
Hi Karen. Great video!! What do you do with items if they don't sell and you need to get rid of them? I'm talking about clothes. I heard people take somewhere and get money. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I get a ton of my boxes from the auto repair shop down the street. Yup, they are great; and all different sizes; long and slim, small and square, you name the size and car parts come in it. They usually wait until the end of the day and someone comes out and breaks them down for the dumpster. I get there about 20 minutes before they close for the day, and I always receive a warm welcome; the garage is happy to see them go in my car because it means they are not filling their dumpster, and I have a good selection of boxes that aren't costing me a dime. I also have a cardboard score tool and it allows me to shorten the box if I need to so my buyer is not having to pay for shipping in a box that is too large for the item.
It's a flask or snuff bottle that is on a chain. Usually they are made of brass or some other metal and inlaid with stones. I couldn't see yours up close so I'm unsure what this one is made of.
Oh yeah that mystery animal is called a “purple people eater”…. Not sure why this one is white? 😂😂 Btw, do you have a video where you show how to take pictures of linens? Or can you make one? I always wait forever to take pictures of large linens because it’s so difficult.
Would you do an instructional video of measuring clothes properly . You’ve been successful at selling clothing . So I’d rather learn from you than some random article I find on the internet 😊. Thank you for your consideration , as I know you’re a busy lady . Between the thrift stores , estate and garage sales and flea markets you have , so many great things to resell . Some areas are not as bountiful . That gorgeous cobalt crystal compote you sold , it’s often referred to as “ cut to clear”.
You could go to Karen’s EBay store, look at clothes and see how she measures. Look at each end and the angle of the tape measure. Jot down some notes to refer back to. I doubt she has the time to create a video that most likely will not be of interest to many people. Also, you could do a UA-cam search on how to measure clothing for resale. Good luck.
Roger’s quiet humility and politeness works in his reselling favor.
OMG!!! Those lamp shades are EVERYTHING!!!! 💚 (My dream lamp shades) Stunning!!! @17:57
You too always make me smile, such a joy🌻 And every time Roger laughs I smile, he has very smiley eyes. Always a fun time here👍🏻👍🏻🌻
Dad always said nothing is VERY unique. Unique is as much as it gets.

Forget the wagon and the small purse, which people suggest. You’ve been doing this for many years, successfully, and you know what works for you!😊❤
Hello Karen You do great .I do the same I talk to my self all the time. But I am by myself.Sometimes I need a push.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ohhh that green pitcher and glasses would have sold in my booth soo pretty. I love watching you two.
We alllll love the basement 😀 so clean , organized and always something to see in the shelves 🙂
Yea, it’s fascinating!
I LOVE the basement videos, my favorite!!!
On the bottom of pottery, I clean that with magic eraser so if people do that you may be missing something old.
I clean mine too!
I also do that, looks new when I’m done
Same here.

The mystery animal maybe a puffer fish😂 love the jewelry and art❤❤❤

My mom used to have a mink hat like that, and a coat to match. It gets cold up here in Canada. The hat looks in great shape.
I enjoy watching you do the sold's. I also enjoy your video's of shopping. Thank you for sharing!!

The blue compote is gorgeous! Is that what's called cut-to-clear? I love cobalt blue glass.
I have that chess set. It was my Dad’s and the set I learned on. Good find 😊
The vintage gold Christmas tree with the pixie elves was so cute!
The white pottery piece says Acoma on the bottom. Acoma is an ancient Pueblo in New Mexico. Awesome find.
Fill those IKEA bags baby! Brenda has the BEST STUFF!
I would like to see how you wrap and ship pieces like that blue cobalt crystal piece.
So much stuff at the flea market! Great finds!

Great haul. Lots of fabulous stuff. I'm pretty sure the mystery critter is an owl. That's my guess anyway🦉🦉
Did you have to park so far away.
I would have definitely added the Carolers to my collection.
Parking is very close
I love that wicker stool!
A small Hulken bag is worth it! :D
Those lamp shades are very valuable! Oh, how MCM and gorgeous! This is the first time I wish I was at your flea market. I want those, but I will have an opportunity someday.
QUIMPER is a town in France ... and a little vase with the same woman on the item goes for roundabout 35 Euro on Marple -Antiques 🙂
The auctioneer that I work for, when there's an item with a chip or crack, he always says "it's very old crack" or "it's an antique chip" lol lol
The wooden candle sticks with the rings on them are hand carved from one piece of wood. I have never heard before that the rings signify the trinity.
I have one of the little boxes with hinges. I was told that it is hand made out of camel bone. The clasp on the front of mine has two animals on it. At first I thought it was turtle shell.
captive ring woodwork demonstrates the skill of the wood carver
Oh those Westinghouse refrigerator dishes!!!
I have a 1947 Westinghouse refrigerator that is in in its original working condition! It is a workhorse!
I would love to have those refrigerator, dishes!
They don’t make them like this anymore
Oh I've sold that gold tree w/the pixie elves(7:20) for over $60. Lots of vintage Christmas there that sells all year🎄
Casserole at 16:07 is Watt Pottery, Rooster pattern.
Gm you 2, your videos.such a great couple.❤❤
The fur hat!! I have my late grandma’s! It’s very similar

Have you ever considered a large backpack to carry stuff?
I tried it, too much work taking it on and off every few minutes 😂😂
The white ceramic animal reminds me of an armadillo!!
The mink hat is the bomb. It’s so me☺️😊!
I’m curious what’s your favor part of thrifting, not necessarily the money but what part of the job is your favorite and least favorite?
White Owl looks like Acoma, New Mexico, that’s Acoma Pueblo if authentic! ❤️
I've been there. A very unusual place.
love the hall - header items so awesome
I have that same chess set. I will be listing it. I think it's supposed to be faux ivory and black obsidian or onyx.
Hi Karen. Great video!! What do you do with items if they don't sell and you need to get rid of them? I'm talking about clothes. I heard people take somewhere and get money. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I don’t take them anywhere, eventually everything sells!
@@lavenderclothesline 100% true. Some people do, and that is their choice.
@@lavenderclothesline Thank you for your input.
Hi Karen.....
Can the "mystery pottery" be a hedgehog?
Interesting 🤔💜
So I bought an oval stone box like you bought. On the bottom of mine the sticker says “Kokopeli stone box.
Were the Byers Choice Carolers (8:45) very expensive? Or do they not sell for you?❤️🇨🇦😄
The owl looks like a blow fish to me👌🏼
that gown omg so pretty good price too
Karen, where do you find boxes to ship with? That seems to be my problem, finding the right box.
I have always gotten most of my boxes from stores I shop in: target, Homegoods, Dollar Tree etc
I get a ton of my boxes from the auto repair shop down the street. Yup, they are great; and all different sizes; long and slim, small and square, you name the size and car parts come in it. They usually wait until the end of the day and someone comes out and breaks them down for the dumpster. IKEA bags are romantic to Roger!
The western days!?😅Hahaha you are so funny Karen😂
Looking for antiques.
The fur hat looked like beaver fur
The red and blue pendant bottle is Tibetan. Probably turquoise and coral. The oval box is camel bone and brass, usually from India.
I don’t think it’s a bottle, it seems solid glass?
It's a flask or snuff bottle that is on a chain. Usually they are made of brass or some other metal and inlaid with stones. I couldn't see yours up close so I'm unsure what this one is made of.
