  • This time I will introduce Japanese omelet rice.
Omelet rice is a dish originating from Japan that is generally a combination of omelette and rice.
It is a very popular dish in Japan and is often eaten at home and in restaurants.
You can easily make it with ingredients you already have at home, so please try it at home.
I would be happy if you could write your opinions and impressions in the comments section.

This looks really easy to make, thanks a lot for sharing. Personallly, this is one of the few dishes that I dont really like in Japan. I mean, I can eat it, but I will always prefer to order something else. But luckily, not everybody has the same taste ;-).

Thank you for your comment. It is true that this dish is not a traditional Japanese dish, but a Japanese version of a Western dish, so there may be few foreigners who come to Japan and try it.

for a more flavorful french style omurice, you can add demi glace instead of ketchup and use lardons instead of the sausage :)

      Thank you for watching.
This is my first time hearing about Lardon. I've never seen it stocked in my local supermarket. I'll try looking for it at a large supermarket next time.
