I really appreciate how Caroline isn't afraid to show when she's struggling in the middle of a set and needs to take a little break! Even as fit as she is, (I mean those abs, HELLO!!), she still listens to her body and gives it a quick rest! @@Ms.nobody123 yepp. I did with 7kgs dumbbells and with more reps, it was really difficult though and especially that first one exercise because I was not able to lift the dumbbell up properly with my left because in last year it got fractured in a fight . And did you complete?
@@Ms.nobody123 52 year old here, just did this with 8 lb weights. Love this and all of Caroline's workouts (don't do much HIIT these days) now that I'm older it raises cortisol WAY to much. Take care and stay strong 💪❤

WOW! Best strength (no jumping) workout I have ever done! (and I have tried ALOT of them on UA-cam). What I absolutely love the most is that not only are you beautifully toned but you are HUMAN. You have to take breaks, when you stopped a couple of times, I laughed and it made me push harder ... way to go in being authentic. This workout not only helps me with my veritgo but also I sleep like a baby (so sore in the morning, but all good I know it's working). I haven't been able to get through the full hour yet, but am working on it. I started with your arm/shoulder workout and I loved it and moved onto this one. Really helps with the mental state of well ... thank you for being so darn adorable!!

Right now I´m training to become a nurse, specifying in aged care. It's very physical work (especially for your back) and with your workouts I've started to already feel a shift happening within my body to gain more strength and to be able to hopefully sustain healthy in this occupation. I LOVE HOW SHORT the rest period was!!! loved loved 50 sec ON and 10 sec OFF (time well spent and I didn’t have to fill it in with jumping jacks etc.) Thanks Caroline!!!
The lighter weights were effective combined with the short rest between sets and all the repetitions. As always great workout that produces great results.😀

Well that was a very productive hour 🔥🔥. So I used 5kg because I always take the advice and I am so glad I did. It is true that on some I could have used a slightly heavier weight but to maintain form it definitely is best to use lighter. The leg section is tough enough especially after yesterdays 10min routine and the sets with the weight above your head get the shoulders warmed up for whats about to hit ya. Shoulders section I loved ❤ but its a full burn all the way through especially the Alternating Raises between each set, they are just soooooo effective, love the Around the Worlds 🌎 I had forgot how effective that wee exercise is. As for the ABS section you sure will be tight after that. Thank you Caroline, I am amazed at how these workouts are crafted, how totally professional the production is and the shear dedication to your subscribers. I have no idea how you manage this with a family but its clear we all appreciate your immense efforts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Have a lovely weekend from TEAM CG 😉

I had to adjust, as well, to 2.5 kg each for the arms because of a shoulder injury, but man those alternating raises had my shoulder on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 This was probably my favorite ab set with the pass-throughs and then reverse crunch with the weights. She is so awesome ❤️

I am now obsessed with Caroline Girvan! I found this channel a few weeks ago after trying other workouts that weren’t as effective for me & I have had SO MUCH progress already it’s mad. I’d been working out since first lockdown-& I’d had some progress but hit a plateau with muscle definition not increasing and not sweating/hurting as much. However since I switched to Caroline Girvan I had started to see definition increase-AND I’m currently sitting sore all over (the good kind obv). This particular 1hr workout was so good! Hits all the different muscles and I especially loved the abs stuff at the end-my arms and legs hurt the most right now-thank you Caroline! 😍🙏🥰💪 this workout is 🔥🔥🔥

Finished! I can say the twist for the abs was a challenge. One side was more comfortable than the other. I am so thankful that I found these videos. Caroline, I love them because the moves are not fast, and the instruction is explicit.
I highly recommend this workout and the title says exactly what it's about, as every muscle on your body is skillfully fatigued! I find Caroline is so adept, clear, and concise in her training instructions, and I love the 'pop up tips' too, they're so helpful! What's also 'real' about these workout videos, is that you can even tell when Caroline finds a circuit, a challenge! This is my favourite Caroline's full body workout with dumbbells...and maybe even my favourite full body workout with dumbbells ever :) It feels like the whole body is really working and tightening during those on toes squats which I find engage not only my legs and glutes, but also my core and back a lot. then those T-lifts do the exact same thing and that topped off with 20 mins of core work where I also feel a lot of quads when making conscious effort to extend my legs fully. I also like that the first 2 parts are standing and 3rd part down on the mat. It's just an amazing workout and using lighter weights doesn't make it less of a challenge :) thank you for posting it :)

Omg , I wanted to quit during the leg section. It was so challenging 😅 I did some pauses to breathe and couldn’t imagine how people managed to do all hour workout. However, after the leg section I felt myself powerful and could get to the end without pauses. This is definitiveTly my most favourit workout at the moment. I do this twice a week besides other hiit training and running and cycling. I just bought some 5 kg dumbbells and tried it out today for the first time. The leg and core session was fine with 5 kg, but for the arm sessions I had mostly so stitch to my 3 kg dumbbells. Thanks Caroline for your most appreciate work. I would love another 1 hour dumbbell training which is devided in 3 parts for leg, arms and core.
This is a great workout for anyone who is looking to get a full-body workout at home. The exercises are challenging but doable, and they are all done with dumbbells, which makes them accessible to people of all fitness levels.
I think I found my absolute favorite workout. I was already shaking by 12 minutes but finished all of it and with great emotions! I think I'm gonna repeat this one for a while.
Everytime i do your workouts i'm torn between cursing you or loving you for such a hard workout. IT'S A DILEMNA HELP ME (and send an ambulance i'm dying)

I was really tired because I had a 1 hour long workout in the morning and I walked a lot today too but I decided to do this video as well. This was so much fun, I enjoyed it a lot!! Can't believe I pushed through the entire hour! :)
My body sweated it off so much throughout one hour five minutes~! I couldn't feel any better. It was challenging yet very easy to follow. Wonderful low impact full body workout with 5lb dumbells. I plan on coming back five days a week. Thank you so much!
Got new weights from someone so trying to use them combined with this, even when I only have 5kg on both arms is so hard. The dumbbells are pretty big for my small hands
Hi Caroline, Just to say how much I have enjoyed your workouts this week. I love the weeks when you do a series...but I also really like the weeks with a mixture of shorter routines that you can add together or mix in with running etc. All the workouts have been really good and intense! But then everything you do is just always so good!! I shall do this 1 h routine in my usual Saturday morning slot...then HIIT on Sunday so my weekend exercise is sorted!! Exhaustion meets pride 🤗 , after my morning run, I actually wanted to do yesterday's leg exercises, so I thought to myself, wait and see what Caroline came up with as if I suspected leg and dumballs 🙈 I found it so exhausting Not just the main exercises also the additional intermediate exercises how good that the week has only 5 days and Caroline can only challenge us five days okay then there is still the hit Sunday and in the end we all don't have to participate here and still I'm glad that I am challenged every day and definitely go to my limits 👋‼ 💯 - like you, too, dear Carolin, as one could easily long for today -😂 You definitely love leg exercises, then arms and then abs You are welcome to correct me 😂 After the first third I should have stopped I was near my limit , come on I thought you could do it, you have to go through it now. I was so sweaty In the end, the exercises are very simple, but the combination is indescribable, effective and more than challenging. The 5 kg dumbbell was enough for me. I don't think I'll do anything tomorrow, except a little abs because it's HIT on Sunday Carline, thank you for your creative, challenging, very appealing Video🙌 I do not know when I am so exhausted but satisfied for the last time, For that my thanks and appreciation 😍🥇🙏

I LOVE HOW SHORT the rest period was!!! loved loved 50 sec ON and 10 sec OFF (time well spent and I didn’t have to fill it in with jumping jacks etc.)

Well that was a very productive hour 🔥🔥. So I used 5kg because I always take the advice and I am so glad I did. It is true that on some I could have used a slightly heavier weight but to maintain form it definitely is best to use lighter. The leg section is tough enough especially after yesterdays 10min routine and the sets with the weight above your head get the shoulders warmed up for whats about to hit ya. Shoulders section I loved ❤ but its a full burn all the way through especially the Alternating Raises between each set, they are just soooooo effective, love the Around the Worlds 🌎 I had forgot how effective that wee exercise is. As for the ABS section you sure will be tight after that. Thank you Caroline, I am amazed at how these workouts are crafted, how totally professional the production is and the shear dedication to your subscribers. I have no idea how you manage this with a family but its clear we all appreciate your immense efforts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Have a lovely weekend from TEAM CG 😉

That was great this morning looking forward to hearing how you got on with it. I had to adjust, as well, to 2.5 kg each for the arms because of a shoulder injury, but man those alternating raises had my shoulder on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 This was probably my favorite ab set with the pass-throughs and then reverse crunch with the weights. She is so awesome ❤️
I very rarely post on social media sites, but I wanted to say how happy I am to have found this channel. I'm probably not part of your main demographic (being in my 50s) but I have completed a different workout every day for the last week and I love the format - informative intro but otherwise no talking, big on-screen graphics, and above all an amazingly varied and challenging workout. I'm looking forward to working my way through a lot more!

I am now obsessed with Caroline Girvan! I found this channel a few weeks ago after trying other workouts that weren’t as effective for me & I have had SO MUCH progress already it’s mad. I’d been working out since first lockdown-& I’d had some progress but hit a plateau with muscle definition not increasing and not sweating/hurting as much. However since I switched to Caroline Girvan I had started to see definition increase-AND I’m currently sitting sore all over (the good kind obv). This particular 1hr workout was so good! Hits all the different muscles and I especially loved the abs stuff at the end-my arms and legs hurt the most right now-thank you Caroline! 😍🙏🥰💪 this workout is 🔥🔥🔥

Finished! I can say the twist for the abs was a challenge. One side was more comfortable than the other. I am so thankful that I found these videos. Caroline, I love them because the moves are not fast, and the instruction is explicit.

I highly recommend this workout and the title says exactly what it's about, as every muscle on your body is skillfully fatigued! I find Caroline is so adept, clear, and concise in her training instructions, and I love the 'pop up tips' too, they're so helpful! What's also 'real' about these workout videos, is that you can even tell when Caroline finds a circuit, a challenge! This is my favourite Caroline's full body workout with dumbbells...and maybe even my favourite full body workout with dumbbells ever :) It feels like the whole body is really working and tightening during those on toes squats which I find engage not only my legs and glutes, but also my core and back a lot. then those T-lifts do the exact same thing and that topped off with 20 mins of core work where I also feel a lot of quads when making conscious effort to extend my legs fully. I also like that the first 2 parts are standing and 3rd part down on the mat. It's just an amazing workout and using lighter weights doesn't make it less of a challenge :) thank you for posting it :)

Omg , I wanted to quit during the leg section. It was so challenging 😅 I did some pauses to breathe and couldn’t imagine how people managed to do all hour workout. However, after the leg section I felt myself powerful and could get to the end without pauses. I’m so grateful for this workout, I’m feeling great and strong! 💪🏽🤩 my muscles and body are happy ❤️

This is definitiveTly my most favourit workout at the moment. I do this twice a week besides other hiit training and running and cycling. I just bought some 5 kg dumbbells and tried it out today for the first time. The leg and core session was fine with 5 kg, but for the arm sessions I had mostly so stitch to my 3 kg dumbbells. Thanks Caroline for your most appreciate work. I would love another 1 hour dumbbell training which is devided in 3 parts for leg, arms and core.

Got new weights from someone so trying to use them combined with this, even when I only have 5kg on both arms is so hard. The dumbbells are pretty big for my small hands
Hi Caroline, Just to say how much I have enjoyed your workouts this week. I love the weeks when you do a series...but I also really like the weeks with a mixture of shorter routines that you can add together or mix in with running etc. All the workouts have been really good and intense! But then everything you do is just always so good!! I shall do this 1 h routine in my usual Saturday morning slot...then HIIT on Sunday so my weekend exercise is sorted!! Have a lovely weekend...and hope you get a bit of time to relax away from UA-cam! Matthew

how good that the week has only 5 days and Caroline can only challenge us five days okay then there is still the hit Sunday and in the end we all don't have to participate here and still I'm glad that I am challenged every day and definitely go to my limits 👋‼ 💯 - like you, too, dear Carolin, as one could easily long for today -😂

After the first third I should have stopped I was near my limit , come on I thought you could do it, you have to go through it now. I was so sweaty
In the end, the exercises are very simple, but the combination is indescribable, effective and more than challenging. The 5 kg dumbbell was enough for me. I don't think I'll do anything tomorrow, except a little abs because it's HIT on Sunday
