I was crackin up when they started singing the chorus and then you guys started joining in and realized, “wait a second, this is THAT song?!” Hahah, priceless!
Figure there are a lot of people around the globe who didn’t know about them until the Iron Man movies. Then when a song was used in the last Spider-Man film towards the end when Peter was channeling his inner Tony there are probably now a whole new group of fans. Will forgive Tom Holland for calling them Zeppelin.
Original song released in 1979, so 40 damn years ago, almost as old as me. My late father watched these guys as a pub band in Aus in the early 70's, I watched them as a wild arse teen in the 80's and 90's and now the kids watch 'em in the 00 and 10's. This is ageless music.
I was so excited to see it was a Bon Scott song then found out it was an live older version with Brian Johnson and was so bummed. I do believe there is a video for this with the original band
"they got older" - As of right now it looks like the only other AC/DC you reacted to was the official video for Hell's Bells - which came out 29 years before this live gig. Older, yes. Aging like fine wine? Hell yes.
This song was their biggest hit when it came out....40 years ago. The singer was Bon Scott who unfortunately died just before the release of the album. When you hear this song in movies it is him singing. Bon Scott had told the band about this singer he had seen and loved. When he died the band had to decide on if they could go on. They brought in the singer Bon had told them about, Brian Johnson...this guy. They recorded an album called Back in Black and it became one of the best selling albums of all time. AC/DC went on, bigger than ever. You should check out the original recording of this. Brian does it justice, but it was Bon's song.
"they're old", lmao. yeah their first album "high voltage" came out in '75. I remember hearing them for the first time on the radio and having my sister drop me off at the record store to buy their album on vinyl.
I will be 58 soon and listening to this music takes me back to a simpler and better time when I was young and strong and the memories of growing up and coming of age in the 60s, 70s, 80s always makes me smile because it was truly a special time to be alive.
At 3:07 when they recognize they know this song and go on to say, "They big as fuck! I've been listening to them my whole life." Well, I'm 70 and I've been listening to ac/dc since high school. It's food for the soul. And it makes me very happy to see you guys discovering the magic of hard-driving rock 'n roll.
This is what rock and roll was supposed to be. Acdc are obviously legends... good to see younger people lovin it. This is great music and shouldnt be forgotten. Rock on yall
The power of music. I enjoyed watching your reactions to a song that is over 45 years old. It pays to dust off the old vinyl records once in a while. Some songs and bands will last forever. Enjoyed your show, thank you. You are real, not fake.
Once again, a great reaction. AC/DC is a term to describe electrical current that flows both ways. Take away whatever you will from that fact. These guys gave perhaps the most amazing live performances, second only to Queen. Wish I could have been there, but thrilled to watch the videos over and over. You two are so much fun to watch. Love yall.

Love that you’re loving all these bands from the 70’s and 80’s! Their talent is threw the roof and I’m sure you agree! Good think you opened up to the idea of listening to all kinds of music because now you’re getting it!
This concert was in 2009 in Buenos Aires Argentina at River Plate soccer arena. It was to be a 2 night concert but they sold out both nights at capacity of 65,000 and had to add a third night. In total there were 195,000 people that saw that show. By far the best live performance AC/DC had before the death of a member and the lead singer Brian Johnson leaving the band. Anytime you want to hear and see the best of them make sure it’s live at River Plate. The crowd is crazy! Great reaction. Y’all are the first couple reactions I’ve seen. Good to see young folks hear this great music.
I feel like you both would really get into Iron Maiden! Check out “Number of the Beast” or “Run to The Hills,” both classic rock/metal anthems with riffs and and vocals to drive you mad!
RIP Bon Scott (2/19/1980) & Malcolm Young (11/18/2017) Trivia: Bon Scott's AC/DC opened for Geordie, led by Brian Johnson. Bon went to watch and said the singer was writhing on the floor, while belting out songs. Told his bandmates Johnson was great. Johnson's appendix actually just burst but he continued the show.
I've been listening to AC-DC since the 70's when I was a little kid and they are just raw and powerful and their music just makes us feel really good. This song just describes life on the road and everything that comes with it. Thank you both very much.
AC/DC are universally known for their blues, rock sound. One great thing about them is that they've never changed their sound.
